Vod has left the forum. There isn't any reason to keep complaining about him.

I think it would be most appropriate to lock this thread. If additional issues about other forum members pop up, new threads can be created. If Vod returns and there are issues, this thread can be unlocked, and the issues can be discussed.

I expected the retaliatory feedback you had left calling me a troll , but really didn't expect you to bring me into this thread again. If you want to discuss my feedback, you know which thread is in the reference.. but I thought I already explained it, ad nauseam. If your intent is to rant or make up lies and stories about me to discredit or smear me (again), don't waste your time.

Also, as you are aware, Vod and I haven't been partners in quite some time.. at the moment we're distant friends, but it doesn't really matter. My feedback is related to you, your actions, my experience(s), and warning others.

Now that's another backhanded accusation, though at least this time you get credit for naming names.  It's also a patently false one, and if you have any evidence whatsoever aside from my username, I strongly urge you to share it with the community.  You call others trolls, but you just trolled me hard, bro.

He has never stopped harassing me nor have those who are enabling his harassment ever removed him from their trust networks.

Today he has upped the anti by formally attempting to extort me for $5,000,000.  This while blaming me for him having a stroke after repeatedly stating I was not the cause.

Again, not naming names and leaving the community to guess at what the fuck you're talking about.  Who specifically is enabling Vod to do whatever he's doing?  Is anyone on this forum responsible for his behavior or helping him in any way?  Seems to me that he's doing everything on his own--and that's the conclusion I'll draw unless you name names.

Did Zepher really die of an overdose?  How is that related to any of this?  That's not a question for you, OgNasty, since your answers don't mean a thing to me, but it was mentioned in that PM.

If Vod really does sue you, he might not get all that money for all those causes, but if he's got evidence against you like he says he does (and I have no idea whether that's true), I wish him all the luck in the world.  If he's got no evidence, then hopefully he won't go through with any legal action against you.  Fair is fair.

You know, I was going to question the provenance of the PM but thought the question would be scoffed at (or ignored).  Perhaps I should have.  How does one go about proving a PM is genuine when it's quoted in a thread?

Maybe I should have kept silent as well, but I can't say I'm not curious as to whether Vod really did send OgNasty that statement and that part about Zepher struck a chord with me, so I made my post.  So be it.  And I also can't stand the vague accusations against people Og refuses to name for reasons known only to him.

It’s pointless drama for me too. We all know Vod is a liar who is not going to be able to do anything. It is right of me to make his extortion attempt public though. Clearly he doesn’t belong in DT and when someone tries to extort someone for millions of dollars it isn’t wrong to make it known. The fact people seem angry at me for doing so says a lot about them. Again, I’ve done nothing wrong here so it makes it easy to see who is in the wrong.

I haven't seen anyone excuse Vod's behavior, but given his health issues and the subsequent mental state he's more likely to receive our empathy.  Many here have replied to him about his use of the trust system and specifically about this drama between you two, often expressing how damaging it is to the forum and also to his own health.

But once again you choose to convolute reality to paint yourself as the victim, a relatively unsympathetic one in my opinion.  As Nutilah said, you've been given the opportunity to let this drama die, but for the last four months that Vod was gone you continuously bumped this thread just to twist the knife.  Kind of pathetic when it's all put into perspective.

Well, a lot of members here just don't like you--including myself, which I'm sure you're aware of, and if you weren't I just told you.  That's how you talk to someone directly (on the internet at least).  As far as Vod's PM, since BAC posted a screenshot of it I'm pretty sure it's valid.  It's obvious Vod feels aggrieved by members like you, though I wouldn't blame anyone on this forum for his stroke and if I were him and had real evidence of wrongdoing on your part or the part of anyone else here, I'd cut out the personal communication entirely and just go through the legal system.  So as far as his communication to you and BAC and whoever else, I don't support it--even though I can't stand you.  BAC I don't have a problem with, and I'm not sure what he's done.

As I said, I don't support that PM.  Vod is obviously not right in the head and very, very obviously not the same Vod of a few years ago, even if you and he were feuding for as long as I can remember.  It's a shame, IMO, but his status on DT has to do with the feedbacks he's left over the years, not with a PM he just sent you.  I know you'll be deaf to this, but inclusion/exclusion from trust lists is supposed to do with the accuracy of the feedback left for other members.  Whether you trust/distrust someone should be reflected with a positive or negative feedback.  You should know that.

I have no idea if the PM you posted is legitimate.

Either way, I was really hoping that both Vod and you would be able to move on with your lives. I am disappointed that it looks like that is not going to happen.

I'm going to make this reply, and then I'm going to bow out of this thread for good so as not to contribute to its continued existence.

Vod, as far as I can remember (and I could be wrong; if I am, please correct me) never said he had any incriminating evidence of tax evasion/fraud, scamming, or what have you against Theymos or BAC.  The only thing I remember clearly is that he did say he was compiling evidence of OgNasty's alleged crimes and would present said evidence.  He never did.

Vod isn't going to win any lawsuit against any of the above individuals with respect to contributing to, or causing directly, his stroke.  That just isn't going to happen.  And I seriously doubt that Vod is even going to go as far as trying to get a case like that into the court system.  Hopefully Vod isn't too far gone to realize that there's no way in hell he could prove that anything anyone has written on an internet forum, in a PM, or whatever, led to him having a stroke.  I'm pretty sure that would set a legal precedent.

Against OgNasty, yes, IF he's really got evidence of criminal activity.  Again, I don't recall Vod ever stating he had any dirt on BAC or Theymos, nor do I think he actually does.  Are you seriously going to criticize me for wanting someone exposed for being a criminal if there's evidence to that effect?  Get your head straight, my man.  Having said that, I don't think Vod really has anything on OgNasty, else he wouldn't have been just making all of those threats before he left the forum and wouldn't be PM'ing similar threats now.  I already said I don't support Vod's PM, in case you missed it:

Wow, that's some conclusion you've jumped to.  Dude, the forum is not in jeopardy.  I don't like the justice system any more than you do, but it's what we all have to work with whether we like it or not.  I'm fairly sure if someone committed a crime against your person or property or against someone you care about, you'd have no problem whatsoever using that system to bring the perpetrator(s) to justice.  

I'm also fairly sure that the justice system realizes that strokes aren't caused by words on the internet (and I'd hope Vod's lawyer wouldn't waste his/her time on a case like that).  But that's not even what I was referring to anyway.  I'm not going to repeat it; read the above where I talked about OgNasty, prosecution, and only if there's solid evidence of a scam (tax evasion in the US is none of Vod's business anyway).
