Well if people don't believe in it then it's also much better that I don't provide any funding at all

It's not about people not "believing" it.
It's about the fact that there's probably about 20+ other threads just like yours requesting the same thing - hiring people offering money IF the project works out.
Not to be rude, but If a programmer can do 85% of the work themselves, why do they need you, honestly?
Because I pay them

But that's not a guarantee if the project doesn't work out.
Listen, it's always a guarantee if you do a good job

Yea, that's now how business works mate.
You're best off closing the thread, or finding funds.

hahah agree 100%! I saw so many people like him, trying to create a team to do the whole job (without being paid) and at the end have a share on business

I'm looking for a team to create facebook competitor

Yep, I've heard that one many times lol. I've been a developer for 8+ years, and I've probably been offered to be a-part of a startup over 100+ times. The only ones I took seriously were ones where the co-founder had specific knowledge in the industry (or an edge), they had some funding, the idea was good, and the share was worth it for myself.
Keyword being share, not a promise of payment.
It'd be different if OP had funding in place. But OPs funding is purely conditional on the business working. Competition is steep, it's far too risky for anyone to join, it's 99% chance a waste of your time.
