So this was a little thought that has been going through my mind today and figured it appropriate to give it it's own thread...

I understand there is a lot of different ways to interpret the question, but when I think about it, it sort of boils down to three main categories:

1) Which creator has 'locked up'/secured the most Bitcoin on physical collectibles?

2) Which creator has 'locked up'/secured the most crypto on physical collectibles?  Meaning 1 unit of crypto = any other unit of crypto.  1 Bitcoin = 1 Dogecoin, etc.

3) Which creator has 'locked up'/secure the most wealth on physical collectibles?  Meaning the total fiat value of collectibles across the board.

...

I would imagine Mike has 1 & 3 in the bag, but when thinking about just how many other creators continued making coins past 2013, I figured someone like smoothie might be in the running for those.

And in regards to 2, well that's the main part I'm really interested in when you consider someone like CryptoImperator who made the 1 million dogecoin coins.

Thoughts?

And in regards to 2, well that's the main part I'm really interested in when you consider someone like CryptoImperator who made the 1 million dogecoin coins.

Just with the 10x 1mil Doge golds, gives him 10mil crypto "units"..... so would most likely be the winner.

All though... there are some makers with chips/coins that value them in satoshis/millibits...
How would you rate these coins/chips?
ie items such as chips with "1 million satoshis", would this translate to "1 million crypto "units"?

Not that it represents "the most" but an honorable mention for loaded coins should be the 1,000 monero gold coins.  Think there was a quantity of 10 made.  At its peak that had to be $5mil locked up in 10 coins or something around there.

1) Which creator has 'locked up'/secured the most Bitcoin on physical collectibles?

I would assume Casascius as well.  Isn't there still a loaded 1,000 BTC coin floating around somewhere?

It does make me wonder a bit how much BTC is held on NastyFans minted seats currently.  I'm not going to take the time to figure it out, but if there was someone looking to put in the legwork as they say, it wouldn't be difficult, just time consuming to do so.  Maybe not even very time consuming if you had a program written to fetch addresses...  In any event, you could find the number by going to https://nastyfans.org/mint.json and looking up the held amounts for all the addresses, then add it to the pending amount for all addresses.  It might also be interesting to note that there are currently 15+ BTC being held by NastyMining, which those coins are also entitled to their share.  Still couldn't come close to those who sold loaded coins though (and didn't empty them all).  Also worth noting these coins are still available for purchase at: https://nastyfans.org/mint Smiley

Is that a suggestion to make a Shiba Inu or Safemoon Coldkey ? Tongue
