In need of someone with experience in regulations, compliance and law surrounding crypto well enough to help me decide whether to pursue an idea to help me gain some capital.

The idea is to provide a service where purchases and trades can be made on behalf of a client. So a service where users who aren't familiar with trading and purchasing, have no interest or possibly restricted in some way can still get involved.

I'm self employed and have been for some time now, have a few ideas and this is just one to help me gain some capital to start bigger more serious projects. Was hoping their might be a way around this and it won't cause any implications requiring licenses etc

As mentioned the aim is to create some revenue and also help offer a service on a website I've built over the passed year or so. Currently being updated. Feel free to familiarize

www.cryptonix.com

www.tw5.co.uk - updated site using a temporary domain before finally publishing...

Will this cause any issues requiring approval from financial governing bodies.... perhaps a way around it depending on the approach taken. If I experience high volume i'll have to re-evaluate perhaps consider expanding putting the right infrastructure in place using the fund generated and make something from it...

I'll take a small set fee and will the buyers orders at current price or selected price etc fairly straight forward....keep them updated along the way.
maybe create an API and login account for users to control their assets however feels that's pushing boundaries so maybe just keep it simple. Stop accepting orders if theirs allot of interest and keep it small and manageable, lets see that's if it's okay to go ahead with

anyone interested in getting involved, feel free to get in touch so we can talk more...
