My doctor says I have to refrain from eating meat because of my health condition, but once in a while I also don't follow that advise.
I love to eat, especially meat, and my favorite food is Kare - Kare, if it's well cooked that that would be very satisfying on my taste.

Oh you need to follow your doctor I know your filipino because kare-kare is unique dishes or food of the filipino. The perfect combination of the kare-kare is "bagoong" and for sure you will eat a lot. You can eat this sometimes like twice a month is better but kare kare is also good to your health because they have different vegetables are in that dishes.
