Algorithm Info
we developed a new algorithm to support help support Nvidia cards too. So our new algo simply called euphoria is a modified scrypt-n algorithm which gives nearly equal hashrates for Nvidia and AMD cards of the same range.
For example currently a GTX 770 and a Radeon R9 290 both give close to 320khash on this algorithm.
The source will be made available just prior to launch as we don't want our coin to be cloned before we launch it.

Will be available at launch.(Currently in final stages of development - configuring nodes and chat servers etc)

IPO Details
We are running an IPO in order to fund the developers who worked hard on this new algorithm. All the premined coins(5%) will be distributed to the IPO Investors. We hope to make this coin a success and are looking for support from the community.
Around 7.5 BTC will be needed for getting the coins on atleast 2 exchanges at launch. We will be trying Cryptsy and Swisscex. The rest of the IPO funds will go towards funding our new algorithm and for paying the people who designed our wallets and mining software. Also we will be further developing the euphoria algorithm to provide better Hashrates for CPU mining as well.

The instructions for IPO are as follows:
An initial 5%(550 mill) of the coins will be available
You will get a percentage of these coins depending on how much you invest compared to the total investment. For example if you invest 1 btc and the total investment is 10btc then you will get 10% of the premined coins which will be 55 million.

To Invest you must send your BTC investment to 19MWrkM8ZqywCEY1hsFooCv7cE4cm6UaiK and then email us your transaction ID to dev@euphoriacoin.org.
The minimum investment amount is 0.05 BTC
The IPO will end 1 day before launch and the investors will get their wallets before the rest of the community.
We will email the wallet passwords to the Investors so that they may receive their coins a day in advance.

We expect to launch the coin on 25th of March at 0:00 Greenwich Mean Time(GMT)

With this coin we plan to bring down the inflated prices of the Radeon GPUS and give Nvidia Miners a chance too.

The real point is that it is impossible to equalize ATI and NVidia GPUs in terms of OpenCL and Cuda respectively. Their architectures are very different in nature. There is absolutelly no point to limit something manually. If the coin will worth something the limitation will definitelly be removed by smart guys. There is NO ALGO which will perform better on NVidia naturally as NVidia GPUs are optimized to execute very short scripts. If it performs better then your algo is a = b + c or something similar.
