I have just signed up and verified my e-mail, but I have not received any test funds yet. So I decided to play "free game" version, but free games couldn't load.

You can add small info meaning of "Game Platform" for newbies like me and add eye catchy buttons for them (since the content of games page changing with those buttons)

Gameplay testing or user-friendliness etc, these are common terms in beta testing imo.

But I would like to ask some of my concerns about your platform,

   1. Do you have implemented a system to prevent multi accounts registration?
       We have seen cases where casinos claim that a user tried to double spend or deposit/withdraw and thus the casino blocked the account and froze user fund.

   2. Do you have implemented enough security to prevent hacks?

   3. Do you have a fast support system which can solve your user's issue without wasting their time?
       We have seen casinos/gambling sites took months of months to solve user's issues.

I can't recall more of the issues to write here as of now, but if you have solutions for above 3 issues then I think your platform will earn much attention.

Multi-account registration and preventing double spend attacks are totally two different things. One can be prevented by validating email/username/ip and other by verifying or accepting deposits after a certain number of confirmations. So you can't really put them again in the same sentence since they're not co-related.

Just as someone else suggested in a post here you should change the test funds into real funds if you really want to receive some good feedbacks from people. Otherwise you will no find many persons willing to spend their time testing your platform since there is basically no advantage for them if they do it. It's not like you come here with a new idea and a new project since there are lots of other casino websites available and that's why I think people will not be genuinely interested in testing your platform if there is nothing they can win from that.
