Will Bitcoin Reach $100,000?

Well... nothing is impossible. If we see history, bitcoin proved itself and acted fast than predictions. No one expected 20K $ in 2017 but it happened so can't say it will not hit 100K $ but we should be realistic so no any emotions can harm. Just hold tight and bitcoin will give you more than expectations.

Theoretically, it is possible. Back in 2017, Bitcoin had around 100 million users and it reached a peak valuation of $20,000. The market cap at that point was around $340 billion. The number of users continue to increase, but at a smaller pace. Maybe by 2025 or 2030, the user-base may increase to 500 million, and it may be possible to have an exchange rate of $100K and a market cap of $1.7 trillion!!!

This is only possible theoretically. In practice, to achieve a bitcoin price of one hundred thousand dollars there may be an insurmountable obstacle associated with human psychology. If Bitcoin rises high in price, everyone will be afraid for their investments and if there is the slightest negative information on the domino principle, a sharp drop in its price may begin. The greed of a person will interfere with his great price growth.

When there are so much predictions or speculations about bitcoin's value, the opposite thing happens. Look at the market now, it is purely fud and doesn't affect the btc's price at all. But well, this is cryptocurrency. All predictions are open and I do think $100,000 is far to attain and it takes a few years before that will totally happen.

I believe Bitcoin will reach $ 100K. but not in the near future. To reach the price of $ 100K, you must be patient to wait for it. The reason I believe it is because Bitcoin and cryptocurrency are the next big technology tectonic shift and will have potential economic power.

Its a valuable assets for me, generally people sees investment like property which upheld lots of value with time and development, i believe the same thing applies to cryptocurrency simply because its a good transaction medium for many. even with 100,000 a BTC, the marketcap is minimal when there's so much adoption over counters and big purchases, once people are getting used to internet money with structural regulations and free trade on bitcoin versus goods, highly possible

$100,000 is the highest value of the bitcoin and until now there is no specific  time when it reach that price.
Only the believers are thinking about that value and maybe for others think that price is really impossible but depends to them but for us we believe on that.

Anything is possible in the crypto currency market this because the early adapter little they know that Bitcoin Market value will get to level we are now when Bitcoin value was less than a dollar. I strongly believe that Bitcoin price will move higher than the level we are seeing it now though if it will reach your prediction of $100,000 in the near future, only time will tell.

Nope. It will happen much sooner. Although I hope that Bitcoin survives for another 50 years or even 100 years, I realize that it is close to impossible. Technological innovations normally have a short life-span, before being replaced by advanced alternatives. But don't worry about it... BTC doesn't have any competition for the next 5 to 10 years.

Well yes, in my opinion bitcoin will reach 100,000$ and even more, but i think this will happen only after next year halving, and if will not reach 100,000$ next year will happen after some time, but definitely bitcoin now is underevaluated.

In the next 5 years it is still difficult to reach 100k because it is a very high price, 20k is likely to be missed but for 100k I doubt it.

the potential is there, but I think it's still so difficult if in 2020 the price of bitcoin doesn't reach $ 50000. well, although there are many things that support this price increase, I still feel that the $ 100k price is really very high.

Remember that people seriously thought that Bitcoin would reach this sum in 2018 (it was a prediction made in 2017). As we see, something opposite happened. Therefore, we cannot make these forecasts.

Probably it will take 10 years before seeing that price to become possible to happen. We need to wait for more price fluctuations, and don't be bored for it, because if you van survive for it better results will amaze you in the long run. But that number is just mere speculation. It may happen or it may not. Yes, there were predictions that were broken and we are still here hoping that the next bull run will give us something great. But at the moment, let us make something useful that will prepare such situation.

I believe that bitcoin would replace gold and many people would prefer to hold bitcoin than gold. As bitcoin has been getting more and more popular all over the world the demand of it would increase so the price too. Who knows it would reach $100k in a few years time.

It's okay to be optimistic and to expect the best but I think $100,000 is unrealistic for now. Time will come that Bitcoin could reach that far but it will take time.
Bitcoin needs a massive adoption to exceed beyond $20,000 as it has reached last bull run.
Though Bitcoin is unpredictable, there is still due process and tests that it should surpass before it reaches that high value.

But remember, there's a non-zero chance, higher in Bitcoin, that an event might deviate away from what's "normal".

That, and the halving on 2020 = Buy and HODL.

I'm a believer of bitcoin and crypto as whole.
Bitcoin reaching $100,000 is possible because of its fixed supply and possibility of increase in adoption.

Only time could tell but it will happen.

I dont think bitcoin will reach 100,000$  in the future or can even surpass $50k. Imagine a person holding 100 btc and price is 100,000$  that wil be huge amount of money. I still believe that bitcoin already hit its highest price.
