We are always working on improvements on our system (Web platform or Telegram bot) and bug fixies. We have some updates coming. Regarding the plans to increase the volume, yes, this is a problem but we are working hard to fix this problem with a huge marketing campagning targeting some big (and some growing) markets over the world. Results will be seen soon. Please let me know if you have any other question
