You may have trouble finding people who will trust you enough to do paypal. Check out this service for finding peers willing to sell / buy in person.

linden dollars are the official currency in Second Life game. You buy them first and then bitcoins. You don't have to actually play the game only make an account on the exchange. Being smart on the exchange can avoid you paying to much for the bitcoins. You do with with your normal paypal account. Don't freak out if they delay your first btc withdrawal, it usually takes 12-24 hours. Nice and easy.

On Virwox you can only buy whole Bitcoins. No bitcents. There are multiple exchanges done, so there are multiple fees as well. Overall, the markup is high, but the turnaround time is faster than Dwolla/MtGox.

Any significantly advanced cryptocurrency is indistinguishable from Ponzi Tulips.

TradeHill
CampBX
MtGox

If you can wait a few days and do a bank transfer to one of those sites, you don't have to go through all that Linden Dollars trouble.

Never heard of this linden dollars only the other exchanges. After some of the exchanges were so short lived I would be weary of putting any money in anything other than MtGox or tradehill. Just make sure your passwords are extra secure and not shared with any other site. Don't forget to always be vigilant when it comes to bitcoins.

You can buy physical Bitcoins with Paypal and have them shipped to you here http://www.memorydealers.com

Currently 1 BTC coins are $5.86 each, 25 BTC coins are $96 and 100 BTC bars are $353.39

Don't know if that help you since I do not know what you are going to do with your 20 BTC.  If you are planning on keeping them "forever" this is a pretty good way to do it.

Our family was terrorized by Homeland Security.  Read all about it here:  http://www.jmwagner.com/ and http://www.burtw.com/  Any donations to help us recover from the $300,000 in legal fees and forced donations to the Federal Asset Forfeiture slush fund are greatly appreciated!

K, I'll save them. Probably by tomorrow evening I'll have 20.
