Unable to withdraw balance from picostocks.com

im trying to withdraw some ETH from picostocks.com, but since last week im unable to withdraw my balance, i check their twitter, facbook many people complaining for the withdrawal reqest but no one is responsible and there is no proper way to contact somone for support , So just be carful before using this exchange, because im still not sure this site is scam or not.

I'm literally hearing about this exchange for the first time, Thanks for the warning. Although I don't understand why people(or you) choose this new exchange?

Sorry to hear that mate, there's a lot of exchanges popping around, but it doesn't mean they are good exchanges. I'm not familiar with picostocks.com but it seems very shady to me and I hope that you didn't lose huge amount on that exchange and thanks for giving us heads-up.

It's a good thing you opened a thread on this. I'm always searching on the forum when I'll be a new exchange 'member. At least this way we'll prevent others from being harmed. I hope you find a solution.

The "contact" link at the bottom of the Picostocks page seems to be the only way you can contact the site (if you haven't gone there already); I also find it interesting that you found this tiny exchange and decided to use it despite there being much more reputable and better-designed exchanges out there that are much better than this little exchange you've listed. In the future, try using a larger exchange like Binance or something similar; an exchange with no reputation like this one doesn't have anything to lose.

It's quite interesting to see that the domain is +8 years registered (of course with whois privacy enabled), but its Alexa ranking is very poor.

It either mains that they just started this project and bought this domain through an auction for cheap, or they are a long running site but just unpopular. Also important to note is that this site generates most of its traffic in Bangladesh. I would steer clear of sites like these, even if they are 'legit'. The risk of using this site is not worth the potential 'reward' or 'usefulness'.

There are lots of related threads like this and I really don't understand where these guys found these sites.

To OP: The fact that lots of complaints already and still no actions from them, it's obvious what you are dealing right now. Lucky if they will respond to you one of these days but you must start to move on now.

Give the complete info about your issue and wait if they will respond. However if they won't, then we can't do anything about it.

For the first time I've known about this exchange is in existent. Thanks for the warning.
PicoStocks seems an old exchange and were active in 2013-2014, but I can't find any recent activities, I assume it's dead.

Anyway, I'm very curious to know how peoples find these unpopular sites, and why they don't care to check the reputation/reviews before the deposit?

Did you ever wonder how many employees these exchanges have? Why do not these exchanges tell how many employees have? the response can be very disappointing. I think the following: these exchanges try to have many clients, but they do not seek to increase the number of employees and the reason is because they have a great lack of consideration by their clients. For these exchanges it does not matter if 100 people or 1000 people post complaints on the social networks about the bad services provided by them, because they already have more than 300,000 customers. as there are no inspections by the governments and cryptos are not legalized, then the exchanges can continue to provide their bad services and can continue with their arrogance

Can you at least why you decide to use it anyway? Does your coin only got listed here or what?
Maybe keep in your mind in the future that if any coin/tokens feel okay to list on a new, anonymous, terrible exchange then it's highly likely that they're also going to go 'MIA' pretty soon.
