Have a freelancer who wants payment in payoneer (not much $25 USD)

Can anyone recommend a trustworthy person/exchange for this?  The few sites I've seen promoted are by users with only a few posts, and the sites look pretty sketchy.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

The Payoneer minimum transfer amount is 50$, so you and/or there is no one who can transfer 25$ via Payoneer. To know more info you can visit on their website, thanks.
