The condition of his body after the fast might require 2 months for recovery and more months to train for fighting.

How can a person survive for 1 month without water? For sure he will have a substitution, probably some kind of "energy-kind" drink (not redbull or alike, but something with amino acid or creatine). Does muslims allowed to drink milk during Ramadan?

Btw, in Islam "Fighting is justified for legitimate self-defense". Does it means that he Khabib could start his attack only after his opponent shows an aggression or makes first attack ?

I reckon uncle Dana should cancel everything and organize all of the main events in 1 UFC event after the war versus the coronavirus is finished hehehe.

Dana White is adamant that he will not cancel UFC 249 and he even challenged the media regarding that, not sure what he is thinking and with the situation getting worse i highly doubt that the event will take place and the arena is changed for now and where they will be planning the fight is still a mystery, if Dana White is so adamant then he will move the entire event to UAE if the UAE government allows the fight to happen in their territory .

The fight will definitely get canceled and under no circumstances will the fighters fight too, as they’ll be concerned for their safety and their fans safety too. Furthermore the UAE government will never give them the permission to go ahead as this virus requires people to maintain social distancing, hence it’s only a matter of days before they make the announcement to cancel the fight.

They can drink water after fasting and they will not even swallow the saliva during fasting. The idea of fasting according to their faith is that they will not eat or drink anything during the day but at night they can drink and eat anything they want.

If that is the case then there is no way that we will see the fight happening next month as the number of infected people are increasing on a daily basis and the death toll is increasing which is really alarming and in the US there are 9000 plus newly reported case in the past 24 hours which is not that great and until and unless the event carries without any audience then it might happen but it is highly unlikely and Khabib Tony will prolong further and this is by far the unluckiest fight in history.

Its crazy that they will push with the fight and do it behind closed doors. WWE's WrestleMania will be held behind closed doors and it is good for 2 days and I find it to their advantage to do it in that arrangement so they can do a second take in case of any mistakes. But in the case of UFC, they are going to do it like "The Ultimate Fighter", I forgot where the place is but it pretty small but its complete with an octagon cage.

The UFC has their own facilities to conduct fights without any audience and their performance center is capable enough to conduct fights with just the officials, Dana White will not reveal those details to avoid back lash from media until the last moment.

There is no doubt that the UFC is taking a huge risk by carrying on with the event and if there is a mishap and if someone tests positive after the event then the company will be under fire and will face sanctions and fine and with the stakes so high i am sure Dana White will take every steps to monitor and test all the individuals present in the arena to make sure anyone who is part of the event is Covid free.

I would not be so sure that there nothing that could stop this event. It is still lots of time till the event. Plus fighter (speaking more about Khabib) might need to cut weight and could get ill during that. Khabib already faced illness while cutting weight when they were to meet previously.

Just happened to check Khabibs instagram. The gym is full of people (according to background). What Javier meant to say, that the gym is probably closed for casual visitors or fighters. Only professional athletes trains atm.

I speculate that Dana is doing anything to make this fight a certainty on April 18 not because of Ramadan. It might be to clear the road for Conor. I reckon if winner is Khabib, Conor will challenge. However, if winner is El Cucuy, Conor will fight the loser hehehehe.

It was initially in Barclays in Brooklyn but because of the said Corona Virus outbreak and for shutting down all mass gatherings of people that is why it is set to a place where even Dana White still doesn't know at all, But he sure has an initial plan and even consults health experts and maybe it will be held in a close door stage, but I guess that would surely do not make out any initial payments that he wants, but he really needs to plan this out first so there still don't have an announcement where is UFC 249 will be held.

It is possible that Justin Gaethje will fight Conor McGregor unless and until Conor is willing to wait for a long time as Khabib will take time off for his religious fasting and he will be planning to return by the end of the year card and how long Conor is willing to wait is the question and considering the recent Covid scare who knows when we will be able to see things normally and how long we will carry on with isolation and lock downs.

Dana White announced during a social media live earlier tonight that he is putting up a card for April and the fight card will have major changes and i hope the main event will be there as he is not providing the entire details but he is planning to put together a big card that includes the fighters that were supposed to fight in the cancelled cards.

It is a really disappointing news as he is back again with his wild days and how long he can mess around like this, he is an exceptional talent but he is doing his best to destroy his legacy and if he continue this path then his career will end pretty soon.
 The use of fire arm is not a big issue here but the problem is the aggravated DWI charge as this is not the first time Jon Jones is getting into trouble behind the wheels. May be the COVID scare has got the better of Jon Jones.
