Check out this horror gallery of Weidman braking a leg and shocked face of Uriah Hall after that.
Surgery was completed all good, Weidman is on the long recovery road now and I think this year is finished for him for any training and fighting.
Him being 36 old fighter with six defeats from his last eight fights makes me think that it's time for him to finally retire.

Time to move to next UFC event Reyes vs. Prochazka and I have to be honest and say that I never watched Prochazka fighting so far, but I can see he is KO specialist so I am expectig great fight.

I really don't want to see something like this and the same fate as what happened to the great Anderson Silva his last opponent When the same thing happened is a big major coincidence like he never realized that it may happen to him in the future, but I feel sorry for him no fighter would want the same fate as Silva and Weidman, and Weidman career may be over because even though the same thing happened to him as Silva it may have a big impact for Weidman or traumatize in a different level and yes with his age it is best to just retire.

Chris Weidman should retire and even when Anderson Silva got the same injury he should have retired but he still continued and from one of the best fighters in the world at that stage he never really won any fights after that and went on a loosing streak and here Chris Weidman was on a loosing streak before breaking in leg and it is not that wise for him to return.

Time to move to next UFC event Reyes vs. Prochazka and I have to be honest and say that I never watched Prochazka fighting so far, but I can see he is KO specialist so I am expectig great fight.
It will be a short fight as both will be looking to make a statement and then fight for the title.

I would argue that Silva didn't lose those subsequent fights due to the injury, rather that he was just outclassed by better younger opponents in the majority of his fights, and that's not counting the laughable fight that was Silva vs Cormier or the one against Diaz where he one but then got overturned. Speaking of that fight, it kinda ties into the argument against Weidman's recovery in the sport. Silva tested positive for drostanolone and androsterone and it has been speculated that those two were one of the reasons Silva could have such a speedy recovery and return to fighting (a bit more than a year later). For Weidman to do the same he would have to step out of the USADA testing poll, make the swift recovery, step back in the testing pool while not having any traces of steroids in his system. With better methods of detecting steroids than we did 6 years ago, I doubt he wouldn't pop.

Just dropping these vids in here for everybody’s entertainment and just for you guys to see how good these fighters are.  I think everybody already knows who Reyes is.  But check out Prochazka.  Initial lean Prochzka but I’m back and forth.  If Reyes shows up and fights like how he fought vs Jon Jones, I think he gets the W.

Btw...  TJ Brown is training with James Krause at Glory MMA.  Let’s see if there are improvements in his game.

I just saw the xray of the break from last week's fight. Was a very nasty break, and hopefully we get to see him back in the Octagon. I personally, think this might be a decent place to retire considering his age, but I have a feeling he'll want to prove it not only to himself, but others that he can recover from this, and come back fighting.

Its a massive mental block to get over once you've experienced a very rare injury like this though. Especially, since its something you use all the time.

That is one nasty injury indeed after you have said that he posted it on Twitter I had to see it and this is what I grab if I have an injury like that I think I wouldn't want to come back again and this kind of injury I think it will need plenty of time, and if he would come back I think his performance would never be the same I know I am comparing things but if you look at Anderson Silva's record when he came back

I don't want to compare the mentality of Weidman to Silva but as far as I know, it may become very crucial to his career just like what happened to Silva his performance is never been the same.

^  No way any athlete is coming back from an injury like that at 37 years old.  And he was due to retire or at least his UFC contract not renewed if he lost vs Akhmedov.  But he won.  I bet against him that time.  Lol.  Cheesy  But yeah...  Weidman has become a low level gate keeper as of late.

Yeah, I was expecting him to retire after this fight anyway, but for anyone who's suffered a long term injury, one that people don't expect you to recover from. You try to do it to prove a point. I don't really particularly want to see him come back into the octagon, but hopefully he can stay involved inside the MMA space, since he has been a brilliant fighter for the UFC.

I think we might see him in a few of the fighters corners in the near future. I have no idea the length of time of recovery for a injury so horrific, but if my memory serves me correctly, hes estimated to be walking in 8 weeks. That's a long time, to be somewhat bed ridden though, as by walking I assume they mean still on crutches, and not actually walking with any sort of significant weight on the leg.

What a really unfortunate injury. Only happened 3 times in the UFC era I believe. Anderson being the most notable.

Now that Kamaro Usman had won the UFC 261 what is next for Usman, and I have seen a lot are speculating there might be a Kamaro Usman VS Colby Covington, so this is going to be Kamaro Usman VS Colby Covington 2 a rematch might be up ahead and Dana White is planning a rematch between this two after Covington protested an early stoppage,

And another fight that I am excited to watch was at UFC 263 where I could see another Style Bender fight and a rematch against Marvin Vettori was up and running on June, 13,

and lastly, I would like you guys to see a viral photo of Joe Rogan Reactions, to Rose Namajunas and Kamaro Usman TKO wins, Man it is really priceless.

Yup! I am watching that video when they all laugh at Rogan's reaction to the fight, Stylebender commenting about Weidman's injury that it is the plot twist of the night, and at first, it happened to Silva and now to Weidman it's like fate is really giving a chance for a man to be injured like that well who knows it might be a chain of curse and Uriah Hall is next? but I don't really want to see something like that ever again, and about Namajunas victory to be sneaky and about his next fight with Marvin Vettori where Vettori is hugging him on the ground picture.

I understand the reasoning behind Whitaker taking his time to accept another shot at Adensanya, especially after that last brutal fight, but I can't pretend I'm not a little bit gutted as it means that it will likely get pushed back a few more months after the Adesanya VS Vettori fight. Depending on how much damage Adesanya takes, which I can't see being a awful lot, even if we was to lose.

I think Vettori has definitely improved, but I'm not convinced he has what it takes to beat Adesanya.

The same goes here while watching Adesanya's youtube channel he is never afraid of taking Vettori again In fact I think he is calculating everything that he needs to do on June the date of the fight, and yes I think that Marvin Vettori really improves but not that much that Adesanya is not really that impress because like Vettori Israel Adesanya had improved as well, and many of his opponents back then really underestimate the way he fights, Whittaker will have to wait because the first rematch is against Vettori.

On the contrary, Whittaker definitely has what it takes to beat Adesanya, and I'd be interested in seeing how much of a difference in is in their second fight. I feel that Adesanya hasn't vastly improved recently, while the fighters around him such as Whittaker are really stepping up their game.

I think Adesanya wins on a decision vs Vettori, as I think Vettori will be able to keep safe enough due to his wrestling skills, whenever he's in trouble try to shoot for the legs. Although, Adesanya does have some of the best takedown defense in the division. I do think fighters will have watched Izzy's last fight though, and taken a few hints that you shouldn't be hesitate, and that he can be beaten, and matched in the stand up.

Whittaker I think might actually take Adesanya this time around.

^  They both do.  Vettori could use the same strategy as Blackowicz did.  Get Adesanya working and a little tired then wrestle and take him down.  Adesanya has nothing on his back.  And don’t forget that Vettori already fought Adesanya to a close decision a couple of years ago.

Absolutely, everyone has a chance of course. Maybe, I'm a little bias as the one person I don't mind taking it away from Adensanya would be Whittaker. I'm not as big of a fan of Vettori. Although, I do like having him in the division for obvious reasons. Adensanya does have some very good takedown defense, and I believe it was the sheer weight difference that got him on his back against Jan.

On another note, I'm looking forward to see Sean Strickland back in the Octagon this weekend. He's definitely my early prediction to take the win via decision.

I also really like Robert Whittaker but when he is fighting with Israel Adesanya I will bet for Adesanya I know Whittaker had improved a lot and he can sure take Adesanya head-on prior to their last fight, I could say that Adesanya is more faster than Whittaker in terms of punching and kicks, and even though Robert Whittaker improved it doesn't mean that Israel Adesanya doesn't right?

I can add on Adesanya has dexterity in their previous fight if that doesn't improve then he could surely lose to Robert Whittaker, but I highly doubt that to happen, well what I really like about Israel Adesanya is that dexterity of his, he will surely wait and evade and get back on hitting or a counter, and like what you have said takedown defense is crucial here I really think he has a way in dealing with that as well.

Did you see the news that UFC MMA promotion filled two patent applications on April 23rd for releasing their own branded cryptocurrency, NFTs, and their own UFC app for managing cryptos?
Francis Ngannou was also selling his NFT after beating Stipe Miocic, UFC is more motivated to continue with releasing their own stuff and there is already UFC Onflow early access page.

Here is proof of patents submitted to USPTO:

I can add on Adesanya has dexterity in their previous fight if that doesn't improve then he could surely lose to Robert Whittaker, but I highly doubt that to happen, well what I really like about Israel Adesanya is that dexterity of his, he will surely wait and evade and get back on hitting or a counter, and like what you have said takedown defense is crucial here I really think he has a way in dealing with that as well.
After watching the last fight of Robert Whittaker it was evident that he was working a lot in his take downs and timings and he was dominant in taking the fight to the ground and controlling in the ground and now there is an opponent for Israel Adesanya and after that it will be the right timings as he will be sharpening his tools in the ground and i still believe Robert Whittaker can regain the belt .

WOW! thanks for sharing this I am surely wanting a UFC NFTs that I can collect because there are NBA top shot that lets you collect NBA best shot just like NBA cards I think this will work out and if this would truly be worth it, I would like to get a Khabib Nurmagomedov card to just collect and let the price skyrocket,

Even so, I would still support Israel Adesanya I just feel that he would still beat up Robert Whittaker when they meet again, Yes we can say that he had done a great job with Kelvin Gastelum and his takedown improves really reading Gastelum's movements and engaging Adesanya in the ground could be possible but I think Israel Adesanya will be prepared with this technique and I really get the feeling that Adesanya's Dexterity is his main skill here and will prevail against Whittaker,
