The Shareholder token owner's will receive pro rata basis of this profits depending on their amount of shareholder tokens. A total of 5000 XBE-S tokens will be issued and 30% of the profits will be distributed among the shareholder token owners.

XBE-S tokens cannot be bought, they will be added as a "bonus". Effectively, you receive for every €500 investment (=5000 XBE) 1 XBE-S token.

So, theoretically, one single investor could "buy" all 5000 XBE-S tokens but needs to invest €2.5 millions. This is rather unlikely, to be honest.
