Exchange for LEAF, excellent.
But I left all my coins on Cryptopia... I wonder when they will be returned...

Hey, I just found leafcoin here too https://www.nlexch.com/markets/leafbtc nice! I lost some leafcoin on cryptopia, as a general rule, you should always withdraw your coins to a wallet that you own the private keys to.

Cryptopia did actually have the bankruptcy hearing, and they ruled that the users own the crypto, that was so long ago, I have let those coins go, but if I get them back, great!

Hey, wow it has been long, but cryptopia has finally finished liquidation court. The judge ruled cryptocurrency are assets owned by the users. They are now working on the claim system to get our coins back!

The latest Cryptopia Update
https://www.grantthornton.co.nz/Update-for-Cryptopia-account-holders-18-September-2020/
Now they will demand this fucking KYC from us.
Quote
Will KYC be needed?

The KYC process cannot be avoided, as it is a legal requirement in New Zealand. Before returning crypto-assets we will correspond with customers within this claims process. Please note, customers who have previously completed the KYC process with Cryptopia will still need to go through the process set by us.

Are there citizens of New Zealand among us who can confirm this and provide links to the relevant law?
Personally, I don't trust the liquidator.
And I'm sure there is a gradation depending on the amount.
If, for example, the value of your cryptoassets is more than $ 1,000 (5/10/15), then you must go through the KYC procedure, if less than $ 1,000 (5/10/15), then not.
Or something like that.
