BTCC exchange shut?

The exchange hasnt sent out a official mail to the users but their site isnt opening. On checking their exchange telegram page it shows a screen that they are stopping operations.

Tried contacting support but no response yet. Is there any admin for BTCC exchange here or can someone guide in the right direction?

Their representative here hasn't been active since November 2018. Their social media hasn't been active since January either.

The minimum amount required for assets transferring after 15th of May 2019

Shows that it would still be possible to access and withdraw your funds after the 15th of May as long as you meet the mentioned requirements.

The way they are handling this is very unprofessional but I'm not aware of anything from the past that shows that they are a scam so my suggestion would be to simply contact support and wait for their response, also check the website from time to time, it's possible that they are having maintenance.

It was known for almost a year, damn, even the Wikipedia page mentions it has closed down.
They've liquidated their mining pool somewhere in autumn last year and sold whatever they had to an investment fund.

I don't try to use them again since a long ago because I don't see a chance for the market to make a good volume trade. Do you have balance in that exchange? If yes, then you should withdraw and move to the other exchange. I hope you can solve the problem so they can reply to your message. I think they have a problem inside their site, so they decide to shut down the exchange.

They haven't sent out a mail till date asking the users for withdrawing assets. Just posted an article on they site, no prior intimation. Its a very reputable exchange, strangely they have not handled this in a smooth manner.
