Don't get me wrong, maybe this are profitable now, but what will happen after sometime? And for how long are this coin on market? I found only this on cmc https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/mediccoin/ and it is only 7 satoshi, not 0.023 USD and https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/jiyo-old/

Also on past there was some coins which give high return but after some time drop

One thing about masternode is that one need to be very careful before investing/setting up a masternode, because you might regret ever doing that since the price of crypto coin are not stable and the reward you get is paid in the coin and not USD, so one have to make sure that the project is a good one and has great potential to attract investors it's way driving the price of the coin higher, instead of investing in a website that has no future.
