Gulbadin Naib The Afghan captain, not making a good case for himself. Team politics are already ruining the squad and Mr. Naib helping their cause as well. Missing the catch on the last ball was funny and who can forget 47th over against Pakistan's game. lol

Next time Afghan team visits India in their home ground which is in Noida, now in Dehradun, India I suppose. Afghani and Indian fans are going to troll Gulbadin badly, and rightly so.

Yeah, it's really a big chase for Afghanistan. Will they be somehow able to get their 1st win? WI bowling isn't that good either, so Afghan may have a good fight as well.

Yeah, correct, it was very selfish move from his side. Other bowlers were bowling great, and Afghanistan was in a good position, but dude wanted to be a hero and ended up giving so many runs.

He misjudged the sitter today at last ball of the inning- running against sunlight.

I believe that I will get both. First one may be at risk but the 2nd one is a sure win I think. Australia is most provably going to face New Zealand. They will win against then very easily to secure the final for them.

If it become a India vs Australia final then I will risk a good amount of money for India for sure. So, I will not mind if they win the World Cup.

I do not have a personal preference at all. I will watch the match and will go with the better team and I think India will do better if they win the toss and bat first.

Yeah if India manages to make into finals, then % is high. ATM lots of "if" and "buts" due to nervousness tbh. For me, All 3 teams are equally strong. I am still rooting for the English team, though.

Quite sad for Bangladeshi team, they played good cricket in this tournament ( Make no mistake I still hate their guts because of their attitude. read Nidahas trophy -)

Roy back in the England team. Look at the two losing match by England. Against Sri Lanka and Australia, they did not have Roy because of Injury. They were desperate to win the next match against India. They bought back Roy even he was not 100% fit. They won the match.

Bairstow played monster innings when Roy play with him in the other side. So, if India face England in the semi then India have to overcome this obstacle first and this will be the hardest obstacle they ever had. Let them first win against England then we can count them for final.

Now if, England reach to the final then I will not risk a single penny for England. The history speaks for the legend LOL. England will lose to the history not to the Australian team.

I've done pretty well this week all things considered, I think it helps that I'm only going with low stakes, the second I try and actually make money the whole thing will fall apart

It's frustrating as you know the players have the skills to perform, they just seem to crumble on the international stage.

It's really hard to find a better team in between England, Australia and India. Vince really had a very bad time. Without him the English team is better off at the moment.

AFG lost total all matches in the world cup. They were close in winning 2 but couldn't manage to chase down the runs and in comparison SA's performance was better but they lost crucial matches. NZ seems to be the weakest team among the 4 so looks like they will lost the semis.

1st semi final most probably will be Australia vs NewZealand if Australia beat South Africa, so there is almost certainty Australia will reach in final. But 2nd final will be very interesting, India and England will be again face each other in semi final and India will try to revenge their group stage lost again England.

There is one more match for India and Australia and if there is an upset there might be a chance for a change in the match, by the way things are going, Australia will be facing New Zealand and England will be facing India, I expect Australia and India to face in the finals and it looks like we will see the rematch of 2003 world cup finals.

West Indies although won the last match against Afghanistan but their fielding was terrible. They dropped a lot of catches and were very poor in the fielding.
Afghanistan almost reached the target but lost too many wickets too quickly.


Bangladesh and Pakistan will be playing for the pride, if anything else.

I agree. The West Indian team almost gave it away. Afghanistan would have probably been bowled out within 250 if those catches were held. Honestly, I did not expect Afghanistan to bowl so poorly.

Bangladesh and Pakistan will be playing for the pride, if anything else.

This will be an entertaining match all the way. Sarfaraz claimed that they will target 500 which is hilarious. This will be one of the most exciting matches in the tournament even if both teams are out.

On my way in today I met a group of very friendly Bangladesh fans on the train, and they were very hyped for today's game (and slightly drunk at 8.00am!) 

I was told today's game will be an easy win, but i'm not so sure. Pakistan are still playing with the (very small) hope of making the semi finals and will be looking to put up a big score.

For today's bets i'll once again go with my main man Al Hasan, he hasn't let me down yet...
