To answer your question in a straight forward manner i would say that Ethereum price will grow nicely in 2019 because both fundamentally and technically Eth is very strong and it will build on it this year im atleast expecting a full recovery to previous highs this year.

BTC and ETH price rocket high still now. BTC going to moon 7000$ and ETH growing around 200$. But i think comparatively other altcoins not big movement only few coins big increased. ETH will be touch 300$ in this month but i don't think how much increase in the end of year.

I do not even think that ETH will be worth 300 dollars this month because there is no reason for growth. today it was announced that the crossing to POS will be only in 2021

For me, ethereum is rising too along with bitcoin. Even other altcoins too increased their prices when bitcoin is rising its own price. But the rate of increase of ethereum is not that rapid like what is happening in bitcoin. But i still think that this year ethereum will make a significant surge making its own price reaches another peak.

if eth is the most used token in the market then why do you think its price is still the same ? price of eth is still low . that simply means that the use of eth did also decline  . eth isnt the only one that can be used for token creation but there are now lots of token creation platform these days  , few of them would be eos  , tron  , waves  , and others .....

but eth for me is still the king of altcoins  and i do also believe that eth can achieve 500 usd in no time  . patience is the key

As we can see ethereum's price situation few days ago, it really not increase as if it is stucked its price at $160 to $170. But now, inspite of the increasing price of bitcoin, ethereum coin also shows increasing price and i think this is continuosly at its increasing pace as what bitcoin shows in the market. it's already great when you have such confidence but I think ethereum's price will be very difficult to reach a price of $ 1500, the target price increase is too high and that would not be possible if there was no good news supporting by buying ethereum.
