Instead of getting the reason only after claiming here (a new account is needed and a new topic too), why not just maintain a topic for permanent ban accounts.

Ban a user and right after that log it with appropriate proof. This may result in less spam in meta. Also, may help campaign managers to get notified accordingly.

P.S :
If you plan to use this topic itself, then I will edit the subject-line into like this "Got perma-ban? Check here for proof".

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

That would work but it would create a bigger workload on the mods. I read yesterday that about 300 accounts got banned in one day. Going through the posts of those 300 users and checking them one by one is already a huge task and giving each of them individual feedback as to the reason of their ban is even more work. Maybe it would be easier to simply include a copy of the post that got the member banned in the ban message that gets displayed.

Anther problem is that users tend to not read anything, including the rules, and they will probably not read that single topic either.

Exactly this. If they don't read the rules and get banned because of it, they aren't going to read a topic about why they got banned. Furthermore, the majority of users getting banned are fully aware they are spamming plagiarizers, but they create a topic anyway just to "try their luck" as it were.

I think a better solution would be to create a ban appeal sub-board in Meta where we could move all these repetitive topics, so as to clean Meta up a bit.

It already states what they were likely banned for in their ban message. Users just play naive and hope it's a mistake.

Let's not still forget something people will still come here to make an appeal no matter how boldly the reason to why they got banned was stated.
Some even makes the thread longer even after they have gotten the reason from replies by either begging for another chance or expressing there fury.
The issue can be reduced if other member of the forum boycott a ban appeal thread except to give reason as to why the account was banned or why it shouldn't have been ban. That way the thread would be very formal

It would make sense to have multiple ban messages for the most common ban reasons, and a last ban reason for when none of the most common reasons apply.

Instead of the ban message saying "~most likely for plagiarism or spam..." the ban message would be:
"sorry [user] you have been banned by a forum moderator for [reason]. You are banned from posting or sending PMs. Your ban will not automatically expire. To appeal, you can email [email] or create a thread in Meta, but your chances are not very good. You cannot create or use any other accounts to post or PM, other than to appeal your ban"

The choices could be:
*plagiarism
*many low effort/content posts
*other

The other option would result in no reason being stated, and the word "for" being removed from the message.

Also, to cut down on the number of people trying to appeal their ban, only to be shown 2-3 plagiarized posts they have made, links to the posts from the 2 most recent "good" reports against the person could also be listed, so it is clear to the person the ban was not a mistake, and there is actual evidence against the person.

Perma ban Explanation thread, if created will definitely become one of the hottest topic in the forum, and one of perfect place for spammers to join and get their post quota. Therefore, I don't support the suggestion. Personal Ban Appeals are enough if someone want to try to appeal even their perma-ban reasons disclosed generally when they log in after getting banned.

Then just give only staff and moderators to be able to write on this thread or the account Bitcoin forum  can only write it will also protect the identity of the mod also.

But you guys knows what purpose will this thread defeat?
Theymos do not want to publish the banned users list.

When a user gets banned, the reason why they got banned is already indicated. Its just they can't accept why they got banned so they will create a useless thread here or they are just noob enough and hoping that they will be given a second chance here.
