Pwedeng pag-usapan ng both parties pero paano kung hindi makapag-agree? Iniisip ko kasi na mas okay kung may klarong parameters in case nagdelay ng loan payment ang borrower. Maaaring 10% kahit na-delay lang ng 2 weeks.
