hey guys, as the title states I'm just wondering if neoscrypt can be mined using the GUIMiner Scrypt Fork?  Because I've inputted my server and all my settings into the app for the CGMINER portion but it isn't connecting.

what do you mean by "scrypt fork" ? If you mean using scrypt algo the answer is obviously no.

If it is to use a guiminer, I remember that the original neoscrypt gpu miner had something like that (you'll have to check neoscrypt thread), however it is probably behind in terms of performance,
