Hacks can happen at any time, we don't know what's in the mind of those hackers. They attack whomever they want and what company they want. And if btc hits $1M, the future would be a lot of BTC millionaires would enjoy all of those money.

An increase in the price of Bitcoin has no influence on what you have stated above. Why do people always wanna connect Bitcoin with criminal activities and violence? Its high time this misconception stops.  If Bitcoin reaches a market price of one million, it will only have influence of the rate at which people sell and use Bitcoin. A lot of people in the crypto ecosystem will see and consider Bitcoin as a digital Diamond or a digital Asset.

No correlation between Bitcoin and violence, criminals, or anything bad unless you think Bitcoin is a bad things that gives a bad impact to others. When Bitcoin reached that price, obviously early investors would be rich. But that's not important, the most important thing is probably wider adoption as people always want to spread their assets on valuable things and also there will be more things you can do with your Bitcoin. Hackers will be more aggressive they can earn a lot if they move aggressively, safe wallet are still prone on this one so learn to liquidate your coins. $1M per bitcoin is impossible, but in the future maybe people will become more greedy or the price of the goods are also on the millions per pack so the price of bitcoin is useless if the inflation is very high. Don't think too much about it, big events can happen either positive or negative effects no one can tell.

We will see a repeat of what happened after 2017, where huge amounts of speculators started to enter the scene and rushed to buy some bitcoins. Then as the Bitcoin price starts to reach it's peak, a lot of them will start dumping coins and the price will once again drop like it did in 2018.

The higher the price of Bitcoin goes, the more greedy people tend to get and then when the price takes a nose dive, people blame Bitcoin <the technology> for their greed.
