When the growth of altcoins?

Really? if you had followed the market since the beginning of this year you would realize that ALTs took off first. I remember some ALTs pulling over 100% in 24hrs and so much more. Now, the tables have changed and Bitcoin is doing its own thing. Anyways i believe ALTs season shall come again sometime.

That's possible but that will only be experienced by a number of altcoins, the reason is that there are many types of altcoins and the market doesn't want everything or the market can't compensate, therefore not all altcoins will increase even when bitcoin returns to the highest price, only a few altcoins will increase after bitcoin increases

Well it looks like altcoins have already started to go up as you can see on Coinmarketcap all markets from top 20 altcoins is green and most of then are up by 5-15% in the last 24 hours so as bitcoin is. So I don't know what growth are you expecting since that's the best you can see right now and I think even so this is great because it's been a long time since I've seen all the market being green like that.

altcoin is difficult to predict.  every coin has a team.  so.  the team that will determine the growth of the altcoin.  but I think, coin utilities will develop quickly.  but coin utilities must spread their purpose again.
and the team must restore user trust again by making new innovations.  it will attract investors and increase the value of coins on the market.

I only can say, the altcoin soon will growth after bitcoin reach the higher first, but we need to prepare to see some of the altcoins will go down too deep.
We don't know the time for an altcoin to rise because no exact prediction can explain when is the right time.
We could see only to be ready for the rise of the altcoin so we can sell the altcoin and back to the bitcoin to take the profit.

I can’t see some altcoins pumping but ETH is doing a great pump also so i think they have to start pumping now. Altcoins are great alternative and if they have a solid project then it can help them to pump the price. Shitcoins will soon die as bitcoin and altcoins goes high.
