I think this is reserve for ICO telegram  admin but i dont think they will consider the offer unless the payment can be increased besides this, there might be a very limited participants.

You will receive wider participants if you allow general posting by every one

It does not look like a reservation, it's look  like a direct offer, the question is only about which project it is. It would be better to estimate if project is also posted here

I suggest checking telegram groups properly before selecting them. There are many telegram groups with inactive and bots. Also it is no hard nowadays to make a group with bot. It will seem like a normal group but back behind they will all be bots. So your money eventually will be wasted if you select such.

Getting 1000 members in Tele is piss easy. But I don't think the OP is actually from a single project but rather an agent who'd resell this service to someone else. Possibly multiple projects.

Don't you read the title? its paid up to 50$. it's not guaranteed if you had 1000 members of the channel you get 50$ easily.
