In my opinion, in order to become a professional trader, you first need to learn to understand and analyze the market, since this is the most important aspect of any trader’s activity, all other skills come with trading experience, of course, there will be no good profit deals right away and this is important in this area.

Easier said than done. To become a good professional trader is a complicated thing. I have observed the crypto market for the last 10 months and i can say that no amount of technical analysis can make rich, it is always the hype and the whales that dictate the market.

Start at trading view dot com, load a chart, and look at all the tools. For every single tool you see such as Elliot Waves, Fibonacci Levels, Head and Shoulders, you should google or youtube all of them. Also, for every indicator you see on the chart, you need to youtube those as well. There are 1000's. You also need to learn to read bar charts. You should also learn what fundamental analysis is.

I think to be a professional trader you don't need any seminars or lot of objective study. It is all about learning and experiencing about trading. You forget one important thing. The emotional of traders is something that will determine how successful the trader in the future. Mindset can be affected by the emotions of the trader. The demo account is used temporarily in order to understand how to trade properly while the OP is asking to become a PRO, in my opinion to become a PRO is not easy because it must have a lot of experience that can be used to know what will happen if you take an action in trading, so the point is when you have a lot of experience it will automatically become a professional trader.
