I don't think this is something we have to be surprised about, unless we are new to the Crypto space which is very unlikely, once we begin to see a bull run in the price of bitcoin, other top 50 coins most of the time follow this bull, because whales love to invest in Crypto when there is bull run and they don't really focus on one coin but could invest in any top coin in coinmarketcap, this is why we also see a growth in altcoins once there is growth in bitcoin.

I think it's because of bull market. It's common to happen though in bullish market, 2 days ago is bitcoin time, yesterday is XRP and today is ethereum time. Almost all altcoins is rises quickly in a day and of course i really like it and i hope it will keep continue rise like what happened on 2017.

That's because of bitcoin rising so the Fiat pair value is making a good run, so when the value of bitcoin falls back it will bounce down again, observed and keep yourself updated from the whole market movements and you'll see what's happening around.

It all boils down to BTC movement, currently we have seen BTC goes on another massive spike, and now altcoins market rides the waves. To be fair, not only XRP but also majority of the altcoins are also on a dramatic rise, so there are no surprises here, ETH had crossed that mental barrier of $200 and still going strong.

It is still to be seen if we see a major Altcoin rally. So far Alts have lost significantly against BTC. Once the BTC rally pauses, Alts will truly shine. Problem is nobody knows when the time has come

Frankly speaking, I don't want to invest XRP since I know that it is not a decentralized project and it is manipulated on India country. But XRP Hype train is rising as banks are starting to accept bitcoin and other cryptos as gateway payments to use their services that's the main reason for the hype train for XRP. I don't know if this is really profitable now or just a trap on them, well, I don't think so.

I think Ripple price increasing by following the bitcoin and other coins. I have seen carefully that when Bitcoin start pumping, every altcoin start dumping high! But after BTC get a good stable price, Altcoins starts pumping and that time most of the altcoin price goes high! So, right now the Ripple price is growing because of the total crypto pumps! I saw some negative news about the XRP but still, its price is grown pretty well!
