Verified Amazon SES account able to send out 50k emails a day (1.5 million emails a month). These are very difficult to make and get approved and hence they are expensive.

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.
