What are you looking for if you spend money for investing in cryptocurrency?

If you find for looking instant rich then this not place for you maybe you should fine a lottery place that can double your money with a thousand fold.

However, if you find for long term profit and you have known with potential side of cryptocurrency then the preconception about bull trap or anything that headed to negative line you should leaved it. Because the price cryptocurrency will always like that, I came to know about cryptocurrency since 2017 ago and until now the movement character of cryptocurrency was same.

Most of the users have similar misunderstanding of getting rich through bitcoin instantly. Also this is the reason for the increasing number of scammers as well people getting caught into the traps. With cryptocurrency it is our responsibility to be more observative and make the right way of investing. All time is good for investment when you have got the patience to hold and profit, even with this it is suggested to invest when the price is low for a better profiting.

No one can tell you that, even if some people will say that "buy now, this is the dip we are waiting", you will still not believe. Just like what happened around December 2018, when the price of Bitcoin dropped around $3,200, some people are still waiting for the dip that time, but the price now almost x2.
The best to do is do your own research, try technical analysis, use the chart, compare the history prices or fundamental analysis or about positive news.

Yes, we shouldn't completely rely on the others because we have to research ourselves about the market and fluctuation. It is our money we have to choose a wise decision and wait for the bitcoin price to drop. Many people will tell buy now it is the right time to enter. Research is always good for long term investment.

Today it looks like both to me. Either we will continue the rise to $8700 or something like that, or the market will reverse and we are going to retest some of the previous levels. You have to decide which one of these options is going to happen for yourself. I know this post of mine is of no use to you, but I myself am in the same dilemma. I just recently exited a trade I had, and now, like you, I'm wondering should I go long or short?

Many people experience confusion now, why don't you see the market and see if prices will fall or go back up? or at least you can sell half of it to recover because of your previous loss? there are many strategies and plans that you can choose.
I'm sure a lot of people will sell when they think the price is already high enough, and of course the falling price will definitely happen, as happened today. many people sell when the price breaks through $8k as I'm predicted. my advice if you go for short then sell it if you have seen a high price, dont let that chance gone

If you look at the real volumes of good exchanges, and not into the kitchen, you will see that they are very small relative to such growth. This means that someone is winding up volumes and trying to raise the price of Bitcoin. But the correction is inevitable and maybe it will be very deep.

I think its a good plan to sell at the current price and buy back in after this next dip is over.  Don't be afraid to sell after a huge pump because everything must go down at some point.  Or you can just play the hold game if you are too scared to day trade.

What assurance do you have that we will still get a dip, and the price of bitcoin will not continue to moon from now on till we get to ATH? many people have been speculating this dip since bitcoin went on a bull run to $5k, some said market were already being overbought and we will have a pull back to $3500.

$5000 passed and no dip, same thing said at $6k, it passed and no dip, and now we are still repeating same thing that is never going to happen for now, even if there will be a dip, it will just be a little one to serve as price correction, but I think what op is looking at is to cash out completely.

Nobody can make the decision for you, it depends on your term of investing and how good you can analyse the market situation to make short term trade, if your aim is long term then just buy and hold it, but if you are aiming for short term maybe you need to wait for the dip a while, this fast rapidly rising will have the pullback effect

With the current price movement, I believe it's a bear trap.
The market was down for over a year and there are no chances of market going any lower. The market had been preparing for a bull run for over a year now and the current fall in price is probably a bear trap before a long bull run.

Set how much profit you want from your investment and cash out when you reach it. You should avoid getting greedy and wait for the top price because no one can tell you exactly when will that happen. Always base your actions on your goals.

We're not sure about this It might be a bull trap if we're going to refer the current market status to the last bull market which also have a bull trap before the real bull pump but it might be a new path and not like the last path so it might be a real bull today.

It depends on us if we're going to take risk in order to earn or be afraid today and regret in the future?

I guess that he is a bit too late to sell his bitcoin because if he sells right now, his profit will not bigger than before. We know that the bitcoin price has already touched more than $8k, and that is the best price for him to sell bitcoin. But if he is late to sell at that price, he could still sell it right now while the price is at $7k. Or he can wait for a while until the price can increase again at $8k.

Every time will be a trap especially when we are in the wrong timing or in the wrong choice of coins to trade. Our market today isn't in the good start but it eventually moving forward before the start of the 2nd quarter. It keeps on rallying but I've never known what it happens today when it drops unexpectedly.

of course when you see the price fall from 8200$ to 7000$ at this moment, then it is a bull trap, we are so easy to be get FUDs from whales and too easy to follow FOMO, this is can be a bad news for investors buy too late, but this is a good chance for us to buy at a cheap price, i still have a believe that the dump will soon end and the a uptrend will come very soon.

No one can really answer it out yet every each one of us here on this crypto market are just pure speculators or do simply keep
on guessing on what would be the price on next minute/hour/day/month/year.If you do able to take profits or simply sell on above 8k price
then that was the best time yet we have dumped again on 7k level so that's already an ensured profit.
