Its better to do a PR instead of searching for bloggers. I suggest you to check the PR service of https://bitcoinprbuzz.com/. They are the most reputable PR service agency in the crypto industry and they release the PR in almost all reputable crypto platforms.

Have you searched for a network of crypto bloggers somewhere? If you can find a platform where they are members with then you can easily contact them. There are many good bloggers and vloggers online and in my estimate they are so willing to work with a project depending on its veracity and the budget allocated for them. I am also suggesting social media influencers as they can help a lot with any project with a fast turnover. Are you planning to pay them with cash or rather use tokens as rewards?

Because they have some reputation in the public space that they dont want to give up. They are not like the youtube shills who are promoting their shitcoins to dump on their own followers and cashgrab the squeezed out money. This again is for reputed people. There are some bloggers who are like these youtubers as well.

Most crypto projects refer to ICOs and they are dead anyway.

Even if I did I wont suggest you to take their help to promote something that has not be developed yet. First develop a working model then go for investors and promotion.

I believe Icodrops, Icodog or the others can be considered as crypto bloggers. They have their audience, website and they post their review on projects regularly, some of them might go as far as explicitly declaring that they invest to some projects or get paid to advertise a project. They might be your best shot instead of your usual bounty hunters.

Other than that, some Hackernoon writers might also be able to help you out as long as you give them enough compensation and not request any weird review (eg: make sure to give positive reviews while your project is actually a shit one). I even know some of them who joined a bounty to get extra tokens from the project that they reviewed and believed to be good.

You are very wrong, facebook/google advertises everything from scam to trustworthy websites but this doesn't affect their reputation. You can even get paid articles on reputable websites like cointelegraph, ccn and so on, it's not publishers' duty to control whether advertiser runs trustworthy project or not.
To my mind best way for developing project is to get attention on bitcoin related news websites. Advertisement here plays a huge role too because almost everyone started from this website.
Personally don't have experience of advertising via bloggers.

You can use cointelegraph or coinmarketcap for advertisement but both are costly a lot

Instead of advertising , finding bloggers, I will advise you to find reputable developers and create the project with them. A good project automatically get publicity for free.

Literally anywhere you go just to advertise your project all what matter is the number of people who will see it because chances are a lot of them will be interested in what they are seeing, if the blogger has millions of viewers then definitely you will have some people interested of course it will be more if what the blogger is blogging about are related to what you are advertising. The way I see it is the effectiveness in advertising is always about numbers and how you can relate to the people seeing it.

i think it will be really difficult if you hope for free publication, though i agree that good projects tend to get promoted really fast even though the developer doesn't really want to market it yet.

in reality, even if you have a good product but your competitors' marketing is massive, your business can fail. it's fine if you're doing it for hobby, but if you do it for business i don't think that's what you wanted.

I thought I knew a few, back in 2018, they weren't exactly big shillers or anything like that, and they were already rather wealthy to begin with, so they sort of did their blogging for the heck of it (they already did their audience and followers from their own happenstance wealth of crypto). But they made the mistake of backing projects that they thought were going to do well (and heck, from a marketing perspective, they did pretty well, there was no reason to think they wouldn't, if you weren't thinking purely about speculating on their tokens).

Problem was, these projects' tokens did badly, like the majority of their ilk, and then the formerly loving audiences turned on their idols. Should have seen it coming, but, hey, they were bloggers, not economics students.

(This is a long way for me to say yes, it was effective, but I'm not sure it will be any more after that period, but you know, people do have short memories).

It would actually depend on how that vlogger do able to deliver such advertisement clearly into its viewers.Interest and number of possible people would be hooked up

yet people do have different interest but with having a million subscribers i would definitely say that chances on getting people to invest/nor support the project is high.

The thing here is that vloggers is also part of the marketing stuff so budget allocation would be needed and i dont know whats their rates but expect for it to be premium yet 1M subs
do already speaks out.

Instead of spending money in advertisement, try to do an IEO in a reputable exchange. Your project will get enough publicity
by doing this. Now IEOs have become a trend. So if you are serious with your project then go for an IEO. To create hype among community, you can do a bounty campaign.

Hype is never good for long-term of projects.
I think OP is talking about project  under development  and not about investment stage. I realized promoting through blogger is not the most compliant way and it has no relation with project's reputation. It could help but probably not really much unless they have reached an important stage, an obvious progress.

Bounty campaign is not really a good way to create hype, as most of the time it only attracts dumpers unless you want to do development bounty campaign.

In fact, one of the IEO projects on Binance, Harmony, decided to pause their bounty because Binance, and I doubt they'll continue it. Even if they did continue it again, not sure when and in what form.

It could help but probably not really much unless they have reached an important stage, an obvious progress.

The irony is, a lot of IEO itself are only selling their whitepaper without actual and tangible products.

I've done many paid articles on my blog, but i'm generally pretty wary of writing about projects that are still in development.
I don't want to promote any subpar projects and I have rejected offers in the past because of this.

While I don't have millions of subscribers, I do think my customers are happy with my work.
Always open to offers, but can't promise that I'll accept.

It's a great idea actually, not  only their content gets indexed by Google but if the right keywords about your project are targetted you can have many people searching online landing in your project just go with a blog with good Google page rank, they are respected by Google and anything they write will be landed on the first page of Google.

I've done many paid articles on my blog, but i'm generally pretty wary of writing about projects that are still in development.
I don't want to promote any subpar projects and I have rejected offers in the past because of this.

I think most writers would do the same thing. In fact, it would be really odd if writers accepted any offer that they receive, which in turn can make their blog/content platform to be full of promotions, and then it will be your regular bounty hunter spam.

It's a great idea actually, not  only their content gets indexed by Google but if the right keywords about your project are targetted you can have many people searching online landing in your project just go with a blog with good Google page rank, they are respected by Google and anything they write will be landed on the first page of Google.

I wonder how many top crypto writers can land on the first page if the readers use general keywords like "medical breakthrough" and so on. I'd not be surprised if most of the time they find it from forums or social media and not Google search.

It could help but probably not really much unless they have reached an important stage, an obvious progress.

The irony is, a lot of IEO itself are only selling their whitepaper without actual and tangible products.
ICO does, but IEO on a high reputable exchange doesn't. Let's say Binance, do you think they will accept project idea without foresee its prospect? Development is under the team management, but with several process Binance should know which one would be a serious project.

Also IEO announcement on a high reputable exchange would be big news that will help a project to get more investors, it's worthy to promote this news through bloggers tho.

Not sure about that, I know many bloggers who will just accept any project, as long as they pay them enough...
Remember Bitconnect? How many people were shilling that project, while everyone knew that it couldn't last.

Reputable bloggers with millions of subscribers do not often take up a developing project.
And for developing crypto projects, reputation is very important. So contact bloggers who advertise everything its bad idea. Undecided
Do you know crypto bloggers who value their reputation and advertise developing projects?

Instead of advertising , finding bloggers, I will advise you to find reputable developers and create the project with them. A good project automatically get publicity for free.
This idea is good. Also if the developer they are working with have former successful projects and been known by people/investors,they will also be winning the supporters of these developers. It will be like hitting 2 birds with one stone. It will be the credibility of these developers that will count here.
