Introduction

Backed by fiat currency, PlayerCoin (“PEC”) is a cryptocurrency (ERC-20 Token) created to provide the diverse entertainment industry a more consistent and similar exchanging standard.

Due to popular digital assets being too volatile and suffers from large fluctuations making them not suitable as an everyday currency usage. The PlayerCoin would be a cryptocurrency maintaining a stable value around 0.028-0.035 US Dollars.

We believe that entertainment organizations and individual players can extensively benefit from a stable digital asset like PlayerCoin for a legitimate and decentralized method of exchange.

Purpose

Create and provide an open standard
There is currently none decentralized currency that is widely-accepted as a payment method to support the variety of the entertainment industry. A standard decentralized payment method throughout the whole industry would allow players to switch between entertainment amenities swiftly and securely.

There is no Source in there Whitepaper and i was just looking shortly around there.

Only a trap for potential traders. People should be vigilant with these fresh exchanges sprouting from somewhere. Usually, you have no assurance if you can even get your original coins back. And with very questionable background of this project, user must be very cautious in dealing with them. We don't know if they are bluffing about this fiat-backed project. No reply as to how much they are backing from those available coins.

now without money you can’t get to good exchanges. as a result, such projects have to go where they are allowed to go for free.
for tokenholders of project tokens, this does not help due to the fact that there is still no liquidity. developers out of pocket to pay, it makes no sense in such a market listing on good exchanges.
