I have been in both projects (LNP and XHK) and at no time have I felt it to be a SCAM. It is true that so far have failed some issues such as marketing and advertising, but the work behind it has never stopped. The unification of both in WINGED is being carried out in a careful way and giving a correct support to all investors.

If it was a scam, they would not worry about creating new projects and working on improving each day. The difficult thing is always to start the wheel starting to take its first turns and I am convinced that sooner rather than later, it will be a good project.

This is a great project with a lot of use cases to back it, yes the dev was involved with 2 other projects LinuxPay and Hostinkey, and has built from them one great project.
Everything so far they have said they were going to do, they have done.
If they were involved in any type of scam they would not of made Winged project. And being racist and belittling where a person comes from does not show that this is a scam project, it shows that your a bigot and have no place in being involved with this project. Or in any other type of project.
