Hello! I was banned "probably due to spam or plagiarism".

I have never done spam or plagiarism. On the forum since 2017, I always tried to write constructive and useful messages (Local (Russian)). I was awarded Merith three times.
Please study my situation, I really do not understand why I was banned.

I have always supported the forum and left many useful messages on the forum. Users told me thanks for the help. Perhaps some old message seemed to someone unconstructive. Is it because of this that I should be punished with a life ban?

This is the closest thing to copy-paste that I found. It seems like you took out a few short sentences and made something out of it.

You need to feel shame for it as well,since you know your broke the rules but still coming here and asking for unban.

Let the mods decide you did contribution or not and the punishment may get reduced to sig ban for couple of years.

At this junction, one can sense a bad aroma coming from the judgment, because the said involved account is not a Senior, Hero and Legendary account in question. Am not in support of plagiarism and spamming, most especially plagiarism shouldn’t be UNBAN, either higher or lower rank members, undermining when it was conceived because is a grievous offense to mankind. Although am yet to ground in the rules and regulations that govern the forum, but let these two offenses be PERMAN BAN without any appeal, either the involved parties have contributed immensely or not to the forum, in as much they violate the rules.

Moderators should be aware that, before banning any account for these offenses, there should be very clear evidence for such actions, as this will give no room for feeble excuses from the victims.

This is an example of someone trying to cover up their plagiarism.

This type of plagiarism is difficult to detect, and I would not be surprised if there were other examples that have not been uncovered.

I think if the OP wants any serious change of getting a second chance, he needs to find some examples as to how he has helped or contributed to his local bitcointalk community.

To be honest, I think its not really a big contribution. If you think receiving merits can make you get Ban Appeal how about other members who received a lot of merits more than you but still can't get the Ban Appeal until right now. Example member who receives a lot of merits & they make a good post/contribution but still can't get the Ban Appeal :

I think that users violated the forum rules, which made one mistake, should be able to correct it. If for one user mistake to punish permanently ban, will the forum benefit from this? I think no.
