You are right. We don't need outside funds. We've been trading
on our own accounts in BitMEX for 5 months now.
Right... you don't need outside fund, that's why you raised a crowdfunding. Make sense. I must be very dumb for failing to see the connection.
There's also a reason our group wants to remain anonymous. Cryptocurrency
trading is not looked upon highly by our current employers.
Funny. Do you mind telling us on what sector you're working? Because as far as I know, unless you do your trade on working hour (which pretty much violate any company's rule, which also means you don't have enough processing unit on your intetnal hardware called "brain" if you do that) and unless it is stated on the contract to never have a freelance/side/part time job, any employees have rights to do anything they pleased on their freetime, and trading can be considered as side job.
We also do not want BitMEX closing any of our accounts.
and why would they do that? I don't see why bitMEX would suspend any account unless the said account violate terms and agreement. Which... we can either assume your activities do violate it --which means the project is not worth investing-- or your reason is invalid --which means you could share your trading history as a proof of your report.
We have created the Ethereum XB10 contract as a method for anyone to be able to participate
in a unified trading fund easily and anonymously.
Cheers.
Kinda sure you said that you don't need funding few paragraphs above
