Is newbie can wear signature?

Perhaps the allowed signature styling should change with activity score / membergroup. Like:
- Newbie: No styling (including links) allowed. Max 40 characters.
- Jr. Member: Links allowed. Max 100 characters.
- Member: Unlimited length.
- Full: Color allowed.
- Sr. Member: Size allowed
- Hero: Background color allowed

Can anyone explain me how to wear signature? I was searching in my profile but did not find any option for wear signature. Sorry if this question already asked but I really appreciate if anyone explain about it.

Now, you need Jr. Member or above to use a signature and personal text.

Due to excessive garbage-posting, you now need 1 merit to be a Jr Member. All existing Jr Members who didn't meet the requirement were demoted. Also, newbies can no longer set any signature or personal text.

Just hang in there a little bit until your activity reaches 30 so that you can become a Jr Member.
The good thing is that you already have enough merits to even rank you up to a Member position if you get the required activity.
