I always wrote only my thoughts and created constructive posts, the last time I communicate only in one thread of the forum of the Russian locale: Analytics, analysis, forecasts. I don’t carry signatures and in my posts I didn’t intend to send spam or copy, maybe it happened by chance. After the introduction of merit, I already received more than 130 merit and I always tried to bring only useful information to the forum. Please reconsider the decision on the ban

Their are two main reasons for banned account - spam or plagiarism. I was looking your profile to check if you did plagiarism or not but most of your post in Russian local board which I don't understand . I saw that you have good Marit history. Let's see if anyone can find the reason of your banned account.

I wouldn't call that plagiarism, especially if FapToBbly didn't have a paid signature. It clearly says "Dear KuCoin Users", which means he could just try to share the news without trying to claim it's his own work.
The Russian sentence under it makes it even more obvious he didn't write it.

There's no source link indeed, but if this is all, it could be a honest mistake. I don't think it's good for the forum to ban users for mistakes, it'll be awfully quiet here at some point.

In the context of the dialogue that was in this topic it was clear that these words - quote. If this is the only case of plagiarism on the part FapToBbly - ban should be lifted.

P.S. Probably he received an e-mail from the exchange about the need for KYC - he posted the text of this letter in his message.

That's why i said "Maybe", The moderator said they handling the plagiarism manually case by case but it could be some bot running into the forum and detect this post as plagiarism and report it because of the post has same paragraph/word.

Sad to say OP you forget to read the rules and regulations here in the forum. YOu should remember that in every forum there are rules and regulations that is implemented so do not forget that one as an Standard Operating Procedure to check the rules and regulations in every forum or organization because this is were respect started in a certain organization to follow the rules and regulations.

I confess I was very surprised and upset to learn that FapToBbly was banned for plagiarism. This is a very useful member of the Russian local branch. I always read his messages with great attention and benefit for myself. I always waited for his next messages, because unlike most forum participants, his messages were never empty sound or stupid copying of news. His thoughts have always been logical, interesting and useful and have made a great contribution to the development of our forum. I believe that the revealed fact of plagiarism occurred through negligence and was an accident. I ask the distinguished global moderators of the forum to reconsider the decision and remove the ban from FapToBbly.
