I am writing on behalf of Hodl Hodl exchange, since our main account (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5080423.msg50515713#msg50515713) was permanently banned.

We'd like to find out the reason of ban, resolve the issue & ask to remove the ban in order to continue using bitcointalk.org. In case we have violated terms of service, we'll correct our approach of using this forum.

Please take into consideration that we are posting our news and announcement also on different forums and channels.

I don't know exactly what this impeller is or there are others,
Maybe you violated Forum rules.
I think you are banned on the basis of the rules below.

Services (child board of Goods) - Services provided/demanded on-forum for Bitcoin. If you are providing/demanding services on another site (e.g. have a hosting site), it doesn't belong here.

Service Announcements (child board of Marketplace) - "New services and significant information about existing services. Do not create excessive "announcements" just to advertise your service." All Bitcoin service website announcements should go here.

Well just wait and see OP, the usual reason for ban account were the copy paste posts from other users. And you can check it here later on for many users will going to check your posting history. I might be checking as well just wait for some feedback. And expect that you will be ban forever after you will be prove as the copy and paste user.

Banning them is a mistake, quite a horrible one. Can't no moderator at least respond as to what was wrong?

hodlhodl.com is one of the first exchanges which enabled the Lightning Network. (to be honest I don't know any other which did) I always hear their name with positive news about bitcoin. Banning their account would be a terrible idea. (unless it was a major forum rule violation.)

They at least deserve an explanation.

I second that. Can someone please explain why this exchange was banned and what can be done to rectify the situation? I find it strange that a project actually building on top of the Lightning protocol cannot get a simple explanation.
