Firstly, you need to understand that the question you asked have make you a target for people who are planning to pump their holding or coin. Therefore, I want you to digest every advice giving to you, do your own research about the coins, choose what will favor you and don't follow the hype involved.
Secondly, don't invest in centralized coin, invest 60-75% of your funds into  Bitcoin while to add ETH, Monero, Lsk, FCT, Pivx and XIN to your portfolio.

There's absolutely no possibility to determine the best altcoin, and you must understand it. Are you a kind of guy willing to invest in one coin only, not diversifying your portfolio? That single-mindedness might cost you much. Better estimate the level of risk you can afford and take your investment decision based on that. If you want reduce the risk level to minimum, buy ethereum, ripple, bch, litecoin, eos, etc. If you're willing to make big gains, search lower. We will all tell you our best coins, but you need to make your own mind up. Look at the coins out there and educate yourself. If your happy to sit and wait on your investment then go for the established coins. If you want to invest some money into coins that are likely to give a good return quicker then you need to look at low market cap coins that have consistent development going on. Teach yourself how to look at the githubs and how they work to see what coins have consistent development. Also watch the communities on Discord if they have a server there to see if the team is available all the time. I would avoid coins where the team behind it are not known or very absent in the space. These are the lessons i learnt since 2013 when i got involved. Aside from Bitcoin, I am always recommending Ethereum because among all the alts this has all the potential for more growth even if other contenders are eating some of its market. Ethereum will eventually emerge as a big winner in the war for more adoption and use. I am aware that TRX is vying as the main rival of Eth but it can take a lot of time before that can be a viable competitor. Others are also promoting BNB as possible killer of Ethereum but I don't see it down the road though TRX and BNB are also good to be added to anyone's portfolio -- I actually have them.

Well, let’s see how this will go well with them because there are so many expectations from ethereum that has failed us. This is how we expected their last upgrade to make a big impact on ethereum, but Uptil today, I wonder if that upgrade was still necessary.

They still have very slow transaction time and many more bugs, but with this new project, I hope they will do better in their value because the only time I have seen them increase in value is when bitcoin too is also increase unlike projects like Binance that has been mooning on their own without bitcoin bull run lifting it.

Tbh all top 10 coins are good to invest because of the market condition on bull market. Ethereum is also fine and good to invest but i prefer BNB.

I have some investment though on ethereum, but mostly my money on BNB for now. Maybe changed later, depends on the market.
