Lol, giving a blood sample is a little weird right? Btw: HitBtc has never been on my favorite list anyways.

They have a lot of fake volume but also they trade altcoins that use them as their only exchange. This ensures that they will always have some traders that use their platform. Not the best but at least it works, hopefully it will continue and allow withdrawals

We encourage our users to cooperate with our team in solving their problems by providing us with a ticket number instead of seeking outside help from people that are not affiliated with our company.

People seek help and come here to post BECAUSE your team has not been able to solve their problems.
This forum alone is full of people who claim the same thing, their tickets get ignored or unanswered, what's the solution, opening ticket number 43343 to remind support of ticket 43334 ?

It's not like they come here to find a miraculous cure, they came here to warn that there are problems with your exchange and your staff, and you're doing nothing other than trying to play cool by asking them to contact your useless support again.

And even if they do provide you a ticket number check your official topic to see what answers they get back!!!!!

I withdrew all my balance in this exchange last year. I cannot bear on their high withdrawal fees on many altcoins. There are even balances that cannot be withdrawn due to their huge minimum withdrawable and tradeable amount.

At one point the withdrawal fee for Maidsafe was the equivalent of $75.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2845744.0 - 100 USDT to withdraw USDT according to that thread.

That is pure theft by another name.
