The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.

Did your "friend" receive an email stating they've been banned? If so there would have been a reason stated. The same email will tell them how to go about appealing it.

That's the likely answer as I don't see anything about password changes.

Plagiarism.
An unstable price is not a determinant for the existence of crypto. With world attention and awareness, people have sat up to take notice, which in turn has resulted in all the cogs moving at the same time, disrupting the stability of set norms, making way for newer ones. Such acceptance has been avidly looked forward to, and bound to result in corrections, setting a steadier, clearer crypto future path.

With plagiarism, it means your friend's account was permanently banned, not blocked. Due to that rule #33 on plagiarism. You should tell him to spend his time reading those topics. In addition, please remember that despite of the namecalling Autoban, all bans due to plagiarism will be manually checked by human (forum staffs, global moderators and admins).
33. Posting plagiarized content is not allowed.[e]
Common rule violations
  • Plagiarism: If you copy some text from somewhere, then you should have a good reason for it, and you must link to the source. Doing otherwise is plagiarism. Changing a few words around doesn't matter. If we find that you plagiarized, then you absolutely will be permanently banned, even if we find it years after you did it.
