There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Good luck... hopefully you have enough experience to get a regularly income of your trading. how long do you already trade?
i have seen so many people quitting their job in 2017 cause they are going to be fulltime trader. most of them weren't really happy about their decision some months later..

I don't see the deals you made, can you share them again? Did you make sure you tested your system enough before quiting your major job? How consistent you wins are, and why do you think you can sustain your livelihood from just trading? I know people live by trading forex and even make good money, but those people work for proffesional firms with huge funds on their disposal, and their profits (ROIs) are not bigger than 20-30 percent per year.

I hope is not one of those 2017 victims of crypto job quitting, it was so devastating. Some even borrowed money to invest and now grossly indebted, what could save anyone is investing only in bitcoin and keep it for at least 1-2 more years. The space might require time but quitting Job might be more dangerous.

Welcome to the crypto my friend. I have been quitting from my full-time job and i was opening a small business and try to make trading as my own side job and anything was going very smooth. Just curious about have you got profit from your first-time trade? Im still learning a lot about how to determine a technical analysis with high accuracy but that's so difficult.

I'll assume that you enter cryptocurrency trading, not forex trading. Actually, last year was a year of hard times in cryptocurrency including trading. I'm sure you knew that before you resigned. If you have not so good strategy in trading, you might end up broke. Just an advice, keep on learning proven strategies. This year might bring you fortune in trading.

Not to burst the bubble for you man, but during 2017, we have seen a lot of threads floating around saying that they've quit their day job and concentrate on crypto trading, make sense though because that time the price of crypto is really on the moon. However, when the market plummet and goes on a long year bear market, haven't heard from those guys. So I don't know if they survived during that year by simply doing trading to bring food in the table for their family. Just to let you think about it. Goodluck to you though and I do hope you became successful crypto trading one day.

Depending on what your job was (hard / easy, low / high paying), it is hard to say that it is smart or not to quit with it. Regular job is in most cases provides some kind of permanent income on monthly basis, something that you can always rely on. On the other side crypto trading is always risky, one day can be very profitable, and next day you can lost all. There is also a risk of exchange is get hacked, but this is risk every trader must accept.

I would not encourage anyone to quit with his regular job just to go full time in crypto trading, but some people make very nice profit by doing this. I would say that it would be wise to keep regular job with crypto trading, but if after some time someone make good results with trading why shoud he / she would work for some dust.

I think quitting job for full time crypto trading is good decision. think again before doing make this serious decision. You can take crypto as per time job but don't quit your Gov job for crypto. It will right decision when you can make profit always by crypto but it can not be so easy. So I think crypto can be per time job but not a  job.

Thanks man.
Yeah, I won't ever quit the job with not enough experience and won't ever advise it to anyone. 12 years already in trading, about 4 years in crypto trading.  I got some hints for the strategy from my job and spent years on getting experience, that is why my quitting is rather reasonable and not so risky
Suppose, the majority of the people you are talking about are already sitting in the offices. Hype makes people crazy

Being a full time trader is one type of job that has a good level of prospects. being a trader gives us the opportunity to gain unlimited profits. so for me this is an opportunity for success. remember a trader must have the ability to analyze and exercise emotional control. a trader will succeed when he can have these conditions. a full time trader gives us more opportunities than being a part time trader.

I'm going to post them on regular basis here, this is the one the most recent (XBTUSD BitMEx):

An interesting pic could be seen 15th of May till yesterday at 4h chart. The BTC price was tracking inside a downtrending channel between two strong trend lines (horizontal resistance, formed by 3 tries of the price to break it out, and upwards trend line). That was a crossroads, but now the upwards trend is broken out, meaning that the bears took the control back for a while.  The today's short was really confident here

No doubt, the system is tested. And my rule is to adjust it, as there is no limit to perfection.
The decision to quit is a serious thing, personally I was making a detailed plan of my trades after getting a constant result for enough period of time, combining major job and trading

Dude, I highly recommend you to start trading on forex.

Even if you trade cryptocurrencies you would probably have to store a big amount of your money in crypto, which would make your pocket vulnerable to any kind of bitcoin collapses. It would be a good move if you also start trading on more predictable forex market.
It is not hard, you may just open a terminal once a day just to place orders.

If you quit your job to make money through trading or any other thing, don't do it. If you already make money with trading and also have money that you can use for months if something goes wrong, you may quit...

You should have at least provided an example of your own analysis following your introductions in order for us to know if you are really worthy of following your thread for your lessons. I have posts like this before and all I have seen so far are just an attempt to become somewhat educational for us but the truth is nothing is really being absorbed by the newbies because of how technical it would get or how contradicting their analysis are. So maybe you could provide a sample analysis of your work.

Congratulations on the plan to move onto full time cryptocurrency trading from a regular job. From my view it is good to learn and experiment all about the trading practices additional to the regular job. At some point surely you'll get to know about crypto trading and will get good a better earning access. By this time one can quit job and move to cryptocurrency trading.

Exactly, you are very similar to my friend who chose to do full-time trading and with that decision he could focus more on doing research and the results he could be successful at this time. Hopefully you can also be successful with your decision.
