(Resolved)(DXG) is scamming bounty hunters by locking bounty's coin

They've distributed the bounty hunter's rewards one month before they finished their ICO now they are locking it for six months because of the information that their coin is being sold in the Etherdelta at a much lower price probably by some bounty hunters.

It's ok to punish them but six months is just too much punishment
In the first place, they should not send the bounty hunter's rewards when they are still holding their ICO

Not all bounty hunters are selling their coins, so why punish everybody for the fault of the few.

If they can do injustice to those who helped in their promotion, what more of their investors, so be aware of investing
in this project.

Locking the for bounty hunters is now a new way to scam bounty hunters now, some projects are now doing it I will name some if they will not fulfill their promise, this June.

I agree that's too much, I don't trust this ICO too, something is wrong on that site could be another IRONX and Becent in the making devs do not know how to make the right decision I don't know if there are existing or past ICO that distributed their bounty rewards while they have a current ICO it should be weeks or a month after the ICO.

I totally agree with you. I can't understand why they didn't think about it, those token have not been sold out from ICO but they paid for bounty hunter to sell it on exchanges. I mean that this is almost certainly going to happen, but why they don't get it. This is clearly a deliberate step from them.

I totally agree with you. I can't understand why they didn't think about it, those token have not been sold out from ICO but they paid for bounty hunter to sell it on exchanges. I mean that this is almost certainly going to happen, but why they don't get it. This is clearly a deliberate step from them.

These are a bunch of idiots, they are not thinking why would they send bounty their rewards first, bounty hunters own this token because they worked for it, this is not an airdrop coin, they are free whatever they want to do, they can request bounty hunters not to sell or lock it until the crowdsale is done, but 6 months? prove them that they are not to be trusted.

From my personal view they are doing unprofessional job as a ICO project and honestly if any bounty hunter sell his coin in low rate than its his choice. You can't force someone for not to sell. I don't like the idea that they locked their coins by showing a cheap excuse. After listing for trading you can't stop traders from buy or sell because its only their own decision to hold or not. Having thing kind of activities from an ICO obviously unusual and smells bad. I think hunters should make contact with them for the final updates.

Its a sign that they haven't got enough strategy to run a project after listing for trade which isn't going to get best results in future IMO.

Since most of these ICOs are run by scammers looking to steal money from investors, it should come as no surprise to anyone that they pull shit like this with their bounty participants.  These are not inherently honest people we're dealing with, so nobody should expect them to stand by their word when they hire bounty hunters to advertise for them.

If you're doing a bounty for inherently dishonest people who are looking to screw their investors (which is unfortunately the case with most ICOs in my opinion), be prepared for them to take advantage of you if they can make extra money by doing so. 

The current state of the ICO market is just abysmal.  Show me one project that's caught on and actually provided value to an industry.  Even if you could point out five examples, the ratio of beneficial ICOs to scam/worthless ones is infinitesimal.  People need to stop investing in them and stop advertising for them.

Fair enough, the 20% token release every month was not part of your earlier decision to lock the coins for 6 months,

I saw the conversation on telegram by bounty hunters and the dev, locking the coins for six months looks like a punishment for bounty hunters for selling on ether delta, then made a late decision the 20% release every month is just to calm bounty hunters who are all in protest about the action.
this is becoming the new rules of the dev locking the coin and defending to protect the coin, I see it as a punishment.

What you have done is a bad precedent, this 6 months locking period was decided hastily. ICO is over bounty has been distributed then you decided to extend the ICO then lock the bounty hunter's share when you see bounty hunter selling your coin.

which is not the fault of the bounty hunters in the first place.

This reflects how bad developers in making a sound decision if they cannot do what's right what more on their project, it now cast a shadow if you deserve to be trusted.

They are going to launch their IEO so they postpone it to July 15

And dev's explanation why the delay in unlocking

We can't unlock bounty token before IEO, if not they will disorganize our IEO with their dump on forkdelta.app,  to have successful ico it is required not to unlock till after IEO

They have posted instructions on how to unlock their token, but unfortunately, the instructions are not working at all, so many bounty hunters until now, do not yet unlock their token, they should address this issue they should be the one to unlock it and not their bounty hunters with complicated instruction that is not working at all.
