What do you have (e.g western union, paypal, bank transfer) for buying such amount? Why don't you use stablish exchange such coinbase instead?
If you're actually serious for takin such actions, make sure you use escrow to secure your transactions.

But the thing is I don't feel someone here will sell their coins for such amount and not for this time.

Your one and only chance may be an OTC sale but you'll be in competition with plenty of other people and you're as likely to be charged more for avoiding slippage. Forget exchanges, forget any random asshole who contacts you through here.

A Newbie asking for 500BTC buy order at 3% (15 BTC) Discount. Well, I am not surprised by the 15 BTC off deal but I am surprised that a newbie is posting a buy order at the wrong board with such a huge load of money.
