I didn't do much analysis because I'm a newbie on this bounty management space. I don't have any experience. Moreover, the person whom I contact was willing to couple of more hundreds dollar per week to run the campaign, because of the trust issue, he sent me initially a small amount. That's why I didn't suspect anything.
I have invited him to reply here. Hope he will reply with the appropriate answer.
