To get the highest profit in 2 months, you can invest in LTC now. Because of the upcoming halving event and bull run signs, you will see its price x2 or even x2.3 in the next 2 months. This is a good opportunity for you to buy a large altcoin with great and safe returns.
But you should start learning about trading and learn more about technical analysis. asking others about good deals will never work well. Please understand it and control your portfolio.

I would suggest you to divide $500 into four parts, it should be $100 into 3 and $200 into a single crypto . The top four Cryptocurrency that I would recommend to you is  

1. Cardano - $100
2. BNB - $100
3. Litecoin - $100
4. Bitcoin - $200

You can change the amount as per your likes. I am not going to explain to you why I choose these cryptos, if you can check google, you will get your answer. I estimate within 2 to 3 months you should be easily able to make 2x of your investment. Remember as soon as you reach 2x individually or on the total balance of $500 (which ever you reach first) cash out.

to be honest I'm not a fan of multi coins trading . I pick another coin with BTC and trade it. now I'm trading in BNB.

Binance platform is a good place to start trading because it has a good volume with a lot of trading pair to trade and a $500 capital is not bad to start doing scalping however its hard to double your capital with a short period of time maybe you need a certain time if make some mistake doing trading dont easily give up becuase learning is the best way to gain profit.

There are some good day trading diary threads right here on this section, just go a few pages back to find them.  One guy was able to make consistent 1-2% profits daily but he hasn't been active lately.  Also decide if your main goal is to increase your btc amount or the dollar amount.

You’re risking your money, how can you do scalping if you don’t know how to start?
Better to learn more about scalping because short term trading is not that profitable and if its just a small money then trading fees will just take that money slowly. Use the most active exchange and go look for an active coin also.

If you want to double it you don't need to scalping strategy, just search a good high cap coin like LTC and market buy it till it reach 2x from your investment. Holding is simply the best strategy for newcomers.

What do you mean by scalping? Usually scalping means trading the 15 minute or 5 minute time frame chart. It can be any trading pair. Since you are on binance, you can trade BTC/USDT or a similar pair. But you have to know technical analysis, to tell you when to enter and when to exit. And you do that several times a day. On binance you cannot short, so you are very limited to taking only long positions. You can probably switch to Bitmex where you can go long and short.

I am not a big Fan of Monero and since your requirement stated that you need to 2x the amount within a period of 2 months, I recommended this option. if you have already invested in BNB most of your requirement will be taken care of.

It would be risky for you to do scalping as a beginner. Why don't you try trading the most basic way so that you won't get confused? $500 would be a good start for you to have enough experience in trading and for you to know the fundamentals of it.

You can buy big potential coins, try to look at trading at binance. There are lots of good coins. Don't try to invest on the website hype. Because it is very high risk. And you can lose your money.

My suggestion is that you don't have to invest the whole money in only a coin because that can be risky, it is only btc that I think you can do such with because it is the rise and fall of cryptocurrency.

As for scalping, the strategy is lower time frame you can be targeting.
