I'm active mate. Its just that I run out of sMerits to spend on the very 2nd day of me, being a source. I didn't get quite Merits for quite some time now, for I haven't been seeing such trolls at the moment 😂

We are currently been waiting for my sMerits to be filled out again so I can give it to those posts that is indeed worthy. I appreciate if some source will come here at our Local to award posters.

Hello DarkStar, I really appreciate your efforts for our Local board. There is already a thread created by cabalism for list of undermerited posts, I think it is much better you have to take a look there or watch the thread for notification.

Also, congratulations to everyone because this is another opportunity to make a move again. I've been dedicating my whole time to make quality posts here and I think this is one of the greatest achievement I received, the other one is for being a Sr. Member.

Yes, @theyoungmillionaire will be a great merit source here in local board, however, he/she has no intention to be one of the merit source, as you can see her/his reply in @crwth 's application. If @theymos needs new staff, we're sure that @theyoungmillionaire will hopefully be one of them, reputation building as a silent hero is very difficult to achieve a humble one.

Merit source is not a Celebrity stuff that you need to be famous to be qualified as one. When I am finding posts that are merit worthy, I end up reporting plagiarism case, which I can see that being a merit source is not that easy. You need to find more quality posts that are not plagiarize. Amidst this shitposter spree, I appreciate what our current merit source are doing – having the time to find quality posters (Good Job guys!).

Active or not active ang isang merit source, may record ang mga staff/admin niyan if efficient pa ba ang member sa pagiging merit source sa isang section/board. We shouldn't question them if they're doing their best as a merit source, nakikita naman natin yan sa merit summary and let the higher ups do the judgment. Kaya kalmahan niyo lang, this thread is not self-moderated, @Wyvernn if you want something to spill about @cabalism13, then it's not the right thread to rant like that. Respect each other guys.
