Even, the total sum of the deposits isn't equivalent to $9k (which is visible in the screenshot). We are already aware of the fact that you have lost the remaining account balance by placing more bets. But it looks like you have made some deposits and withdrawals even after facing the withdrawal block and delays. Is it true?

Subsequently, the player proceeded to engage in further gameplay, including making deposits and withdrawals, without encountering any further issues on the platform. This is substantiated by their consistent use of the platform from 11/19/2023, to 12/15/2023, as evidenced by their continued gameplay and wallet transactions during this period.

And tacyarg was also celebrating when a user (OP) has lost his account balance by facing the withdrawal block issue. How ethical is it?

Because the OP has played with deposits and made withdrawal even after facing the withdrawal issues before. Still, the behaviour of the casino admin and support team are questionable as they are intentionally blocking the withdrawals of a user who wins big, then they were celebrating when the user lost his money. And the unavailability of their license is questionable too.

The case is still not closed from what I can see. Five days ago, one of their agents rejected the complaint, but after that the player made two more posts that are not yet public on CasinoGuru. Let's see what happens after the timer runs out. I expected to hear more from the person who approached me via PMs, but they have gone radio-silent. I will send them another message to check what is going on with the case against the casino.

Yeah, I followed their case on CG, visiting the thread every now and then to keep myself updated, but thank you for notifying me. Regarding the verdict given by the mediator, I have to say that it's quite surprising that they ruled against OP, but at the same time, it also bears its weight if we tunneled the case strictly on the blocking of the withdrawal [namely, why would OP still depositing and playing in spite of all of the situation] instead of the bigger scope like all of the other things they did; the withdrawal blocking [which we all know the real reason behind it], the issues raised by efialtis on his article, the cheering, the warning given by the whistleblower [I don' think I understand this part correctly, what's the outcome for this matter?].

As for adjusting the negative feedback, yes, when the case is marked as closed by CasinoGuru's mediator [which yet to happen], I will adhere to the verdict given and adjust it accordingly to make sure what's said there is true to the most recent situation and development, lest someone --that's simply here looking for dirt-- use it as a way to stick it to my chute by complaining about it. What will it say or whether it will be completely removed, though, is fully depend on Chip's representative's answer here on the questions that's left unanswered, because, those things above are not cleared and [currently] not being discussed on CG, and one thing that I think any sane person with an ability to process logic will agree is that those points are worrisome for a casino to have.

My take on the whole thing is that the whistleblower had access to the account on Casino.Guru. Once the owner found out, they removed that access, probably fired the whistleblower with immediate affect, and revoked all access rights. I am also interested in finding out how those private conversations were saved and leaked. Are they saying they got hacked? Because the casino hasn't claimed that before. Are they saying the screenshots were fabricated and faked (it's easy to change text on a website and make screenshots of it) because I haven't seen that either!? All off a sudden, it didn't happen and everything is a fabrication .

Hmm... this is a nice development, but I think we can and should consider his silence [if he never replied to you, and assuming he is the whistleblower] is due to an NDA upon his termination that prohibit him from spilling any more tea on this issue. That's logically what I'll do as a damage control when my company is exposed by one of my [now former] employee.

Chipsgg's representative can clear all of these issues [together with several points being asked throughout the thread] if they really interested to clean their reputation, but they don't even bother to answer any [legit] question surrounding this situation or anything related to the nature of their business.

I had received a PM from someone too. The person has introduced himself as the owner of Chips.gg gambling license. But there wasn't any evidence from him about his claim. So, I had suggested the user to post about it in this thread. Unfortunately, he hasn't made any post here. The person has been addressed as the co-founder of Chips.gg in the BTCGOSU article, and he is known as Magalon. The user had sent me a PM on the 24th December.

Are they saying they got hacked? Because the casino hasn't claimed that before. Are they saying the screenshots were fabricated and faked (it's easy to change text on a website and make screenshots of it) because I haven't seen that either!?

They didn't claim that the representative account was hacked. I guess, the conflict between the owners are creating this confusions. Seems like the license owner of Chips.gg (most probably 'Magalon') has published those inside information by using a support agent. It may not be faked.

The Mookis123 story was indeed unfortunate I really feel bad for her.  She won ~11 ETH on Crazy Time by Evolution Gaming—a trusted live casino provider which no need to be validated.

However, the actions taken by the management at Chipsgg, particularly by Tacyarg, towards her were concerning. Yes, Tacyarg blocked her withdrawal for several days or almost full week. Mookis123 for sure got frustrated and played the funds since she couldn't do anything. She did full KYC on site and still the chips management won't let her withdraw and remain her withdrawal locked. she faced unnecessary delays and obstacles in withdrawing her winnings.

I can share from inside, the Tacyarg there said "not everyone comes to a site and wins 20k on a brand new account". So basically this site will not let everyone withdraw their winning especially big winning if new account? How could the site grow? No they will not!! It was fully scam strategy and they will only let players who has lost big to withdraw.

Additionally, it's concerning to note that Chipsgg operates without a valid license, rendering many of their Terms of Service (TOS) potentially void. The unchecked authority wielded by individuals like Tacyarg, who seemingly have the power to ban or disable accounts at will, is alarming.

I have personal account on Chips which wagered above $500k and level 105 when the site was legit and run by real owner before Tacyarg corrupted the company from real owner. And what happen to my personal account? Drawing from my personal experience, my account, which had substantial activity, was unjustly banned, highlighting the risks associated with the platform.

I am here to tell all the truth and I have proof.

Why did i do this? The answer is simple "I had enough". the Mookis123's case was really stressful for every staff. Even my colleagues is keep following up about her case. But yeah they remain silent and I can understand salary $$ is important to them. for me too yes! But truth is precious, caring customer is number 1.

Mookis123 is really legit and what she got? She really didnt deserve all the scam happened to her. I get she got stressed by her ticket. Tacyarg opened her withdrawal only after Mookis123 exhausting her winnings and only let her withdraw her initial deposit.

Some of you might be wondering about my actions and choices. Why didn’t I stand by Chipsgg or loyal to chipsgg?

To be clear: The reason because the site is running without any license and I don't want to be a scammer to players/customers. On my personal experience, most of support tickets will be about withdrawal issue and players get limited to enjoy/withdraw their winning

 I've always believed in doing right by people, especially the customers. My heart has always leaned towards serving and protecting them. They deserve honesty and genuine care, and that's where my loyalty lies.

I was also approached by a highly trusted legendary-rank user who confirmed the story about Chips.gg and their owner soon after that. Now, it's a waiting game.
