The defense tried to install doubt by claiming CSW could have had a pre release version or a hacked copy from the dark web, not sure the judge will buy it.


That's quite a lot of forgeries that fraudtoshi would have been the victim of while sending his peices of evidence to the Court

Last Sunday Craig uploaded a document on SSRN, claiming that the document was written on October 30, 2007: https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=3438946

Conveniently the document shows great resemblance to the Bitcoin whitepaper:





Craig wouldn't be Craig if it wasn't extremely simple to debunk the whole thing and point out that he has altered yet another document. Metadata shows that the document was created using Office 365, which wasn't released until 2011:
