How does a court award that when there's no proof Kleiman, let alone the penis opposing, had anything to do with BTC? I could just about wrap my head around pretend coins, but not that. |

Oh the BSV fanbois will be spinning this into a win by the simple fact that they'll claim it shows that CSW must be Satoshi if he has been told to give half of the Satoshi stash to the Kleimans. Although, as per the latest Coindesk article on this outcome: According to the source, while the judge did not find Wright to be credible, he did not make a finding on whether or not Wright was Satoshi Nakamoto, bitcoin’s creator.

This is certainly what I would describe as a one-two punch to the nuts. Craig's not Satoshi, but he still has to pay $5 billion.  Peter Todd summarized the outcome best in a tweet: The interesting part isn't the judge ruling against Craig Wright.
The interesting part will be when Craig fails to pay up because he never had any of those BTC. |

One of the main ones is because it's now 'legal' that Craig is unquestionably Satoshi the Kleimans will get half a million coins that don't exist and destroy everything. It seems to slip their mind he'll also get half a million non existent BSVs and since most BSVs haven't been claimed that's going to annihilate it in a non existent matter. This reminds me of when r/btc latched on to the idea of Tether's takedown 'destroying' BTC and obsessed over it for months while stroking their genitals. They were too fucking dim or lazy to realise that just might have an effect on their Bcashes too. |

All of those had to replicate the original blockchain starting from zero.
According to the judge it’s only from before Dave died, so only BTC. Sorry BTC.

We still don't know if the trust ever existed to begin with, so likely Wright won't be giving Kleiman any bitcoins. What Wright will have to fork over is the expenses of Kleiman's legal fees, which could very well come from the selling of his BSV holdings. I just noticed in a trust feedback you left for gmaxwell today you stated the following: So now, for the first time in history we have confirmation by a US Federal Court of the fact that CSW is at least 50% of Satoshi Nakamoto. This is wholly untrue. The judge refused to rule on whether or not Wright was Nakamoto -- 10%, 50% or 100%. The only people in the court room who said Wright was Satoshi were the attorneys. |

Why act in such a way that makes it seem like he's lying countless times, even going to the lengths of trying to sue others, even going to the lengths of fabricating evidence?
Either he's trying to do some long-winded swindle which is lost on anyone who isn't a diehard CSW fan... or we can apply Occam's razor and pragmatically assume that he is, in fact, not satoshi.
